Awesome video and the editing here was beautiful! You're 100% correct, twitch from when ninja was coming up is a totally different place to what it is today.
Thank you sir! It reminds me of boomers who told us to save up some pocket change to buy a house lol
Very insightful/helpful advice 👍🏾👍🏾
Glad it was helpful!
I believe some of the best advice comes from the Stream Teach. That's a reliable source I can count on 100% guaranteed. For real though it's a whole new ballpark out there then what it was like back when Twitch was just starting out. Solid Video!
Thanks! I'm doing my best out here to bring the most reliable info I can find and experience homie
Lol “Feet” do be lurking in chat!
"I'm too black so Will could never black eye me" would've been the dopest thing Chris Rock could've said at the Oscars.
😭😭😭
Great watch and discussion as always Eric!
I think as a viewer, my interaction level definitely always depends on what state I'm watching the stream in. It's never really to do with the streamer themselves at least in my cases since i don't really be watching new people i kinda discover streamers and content creators via the ones i already watch like i came across you and your awesome content via storymodebae and the likes.
If I'm watching/listening while cooking or cleaning or working out and whatever other activities then i won't be as engaged and I'm more so just there to enjoy the stream from distance.
Whereas if I've got the stream open up on my PC or up on the TV while I'm strictly just watching the stream and maybe messing about on my phone then I'll fully be interacting, chatting, engaging and all.
Solid points you raised throughout the video, streamers definitely gotta get comfortable just behaving the same regardless who's in chat or how many viewers and all that coz I'd imagine some streamers get discouraged when the chat is dead. And awesome points about the changes in production value and all. I don't watch all these massive as hell famous streamers coz that's not my vibe but i can definitely imagine how daunting it'd be coming up in the newer generations as tech and everything keeps changing. There's so much that has to be mastered now to even begin to compete I'd imagine.
I don't understand Ninja popularity when he barely interacts with his audience with dead air. The fact I never heard of him until he said he would collab with female steamers is a bad sign that he has no real charisma.
the cutaway at 4:05 was awesome lol. great video per usual.
Thank you sir. I was working hard last night lmao
Love the video so good advice. The podcast and shirt plug was genius!
Glad you enjoyed it! Had to represent a little bit lol
