Not only are technologies being invented on a weekly basis, SAP manages to confuse everyone (customers and partners) as much as possible by constantly renaming concepts (SCP->BTP, CPI->CIG, Cloud essential->Cloud private, SAP BTP ABAP Environment->(embedded) steampunk->Abap Cloud). Just look at the guide on how Fiori apps can be extended - it's a jungle! If you don't keep up to date on a daily basis alongside your day-to-day business, you are immediately left behind. Dear SAP, every now and then we also have to do our daily work and earn the money that we can then invest in your new products, as right and important as the modernization of the platform is. Sometimes slower is faster.
