This one was actually easy and I knew what to check as I have been there already once. Back then it took me around 4 days to find the problem as had to have a mentality switch that I can mess up things too.
That was the case here too, upon assembly somehow the exhaust rocker arm moved a tiny bit and was pushing the valve down all the time.
Tomorrow will be the test drive and hopefully we can return the car to the owner 😉

What is the rough cost of head gasket replacement.
Is it worth doing it in 2012/13 Mazda 6 2.2D skyactive model?
If you want to keep it then yes. You can't only replace the headgasket as there are other bits involved so the price is heavily depending on what else is wrong with the car. I would say expect at least £3.5k

Hello my friend, i changed the camshaft and no problem in shaking or noise,but my fuel consumtion has increast to 6-7 l /100km , what do u think its the problem ? Thanks!

Nope, no fuel leak !
What was it before?
It was 5-6, no erors on tester .
Can it be the oxigen sensor cloged and reading bad values ? I had a big intervencion on the engine , hed gasket changed , camshaft, the 4 exaust rokers , timing chain, oil strainer,4 injector whasers , all cleaned etc 😅 . Motor sounds ok !
Zseniális, kár, hogy nem itthon vagy😀 Itthon nem találok olyan szervízt, ahol szét tudják és akarják bontani, sajnos nekünk is sikerült egy ilyen problémás mazda 2-G-t venni, ugrál a motor, alacsony a kompresszió(8.5, 9, 8.7, 9.5) és vinnyog gyorsulásnál... pedig csak 35000 km van benne...

@@MrNiceGuy94 Több napos fórumozás után, új benzines skyactivok is ugrálnak alapjáraton, van akinél gyertya csere oldotta meg, Denso-ra cserélték aminek más a szikrafekvése és van aki a gyújtótrafót cserélte, mx5höz valóra, szóval a gyújtás körül lesz a gond legalábbis az alapjárati ingadozásnál.
