Personally, I feel the expression "You're 1 of the good 1s" (or variations of it) is the most racist thing someone can say. It may not sound racist on the surface, but the deeper meaning of it basically is "You disprove my racist ideology or disprove a stereotype about a racial group, but I'm still going to believe it anyway since I only view you as an exception not a norm."
