Lectric, you should definately upgrade your packaging options to include more protection, or, simply remove the fenders for shipping. My wife's fenders arrived assembled and badly damaged. When I contacted customer service, they basically told me to bend all the dents back in place.
how about change the way you pack the bike to solve the problem instead of asking the buyer to fix your mistake.

this looks so easy in the video......NOT so easy for me! They offered to send new fenders and pay $60 to take to bike shop for install. I want to ride my trike. I'll keep trying to work them into position.
What did you end up doing? I just unpacked mine, and the bent fenders were literally the first thing I noticed. I’ve tried to to torque them into position, but no dice.
