A friend of mine who plays the viola was astonished to see how hungarian violonists play . She told me it was very difficult to play with the tip of the bow and moreover with a "broken" wrist- forbidden for a classical violonist. Then you hold your violin perpendicularly and against your breast : all is unusual . She added that this technic allow very expressive play which fascinated her . Is it the way hungarian learn and teach or are they free to play as they prefer to do ? Miraculous music
