Great explanation 👍🏼 does OEM mean I loose ip of my logo or is it just the ingredients (i.e. example) that I don't have intellectual rights of? Because I want to have IP of my brand, but the product composition isn't really important to me
It is not advisable to outsource OEM production to China. All technological leaks occur, and they violate international laws by selling copy products in their domestic market of 1.2 billion people. This is similar to online games and game apps. Netflix and UA-cam are also banned in China, and all intellectual content is illegally distributed on domestic streaming services. Game development companies have their games directly copied, generating sales in the domestic market and ranking high, surpassing the original game companies. They then increase their sales and sell to the global market. This way, the original companies go out of business. China's disregard for copyrights poses a significant risk to the free market economy. They have even employed industrial spies to steal technology from Korean companies like Samsung's semiconductor division and copied Boeing's technology. Under such conditions, who would want to develop new technologies? It has a severely negative impact on technological advancement. The Communist Party does not adhere to international laws. Moreover, as their kung fu culture loses popularity due to Korean culture, they are now marketing Korean culture as if it were their own. This includes Korean food, traditional clothing, music, and dramas. They even copy these cultural elements and distribute them domestically without proper licensing.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13) Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (Matthew 7:13-14) For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)

Intelectual property doesn't even exist! Calm down, support the REAL free market
