    Where can we find free data on median income for suburbs besides ABS? ABS info is a few years old

    Hey mate, excellent video, but do you not think that Albany has a very small population? Would it be good for a person's first investment?

      Thank you! Albany does have a small population and can be a riskier investment location. It would be ideal for someone on the 2nd or 3rd investment property. However if it suits your risk appetite you can go there but it is important to assess its economic stability every 12 months. Hope that helps :)

      Hey Thank You!, but to answer your question, No. There is also no such thing as a "number one area", each location and property will suit a different people based on their risk profile & strategy :)
