It's sad the thing about stories like this is medieval knights and Samurai had this one thing in common if they were loyal bound individuals they would either commit suicide or March themselves in the most dangerous operations in battles either they died of fast death or there were the unloyal ones in died a slow one because pretty much good people in medieval centuries don't survive that long without backing
Imagine this being dead for over 230 years then being back to life not knowing if your friends,family and your kingdom has changed or how they died over the centuries
I give this... ★★★☆☆ This story certainly is... A story. It does nothing terrible, but takes no advantage of any of its setting to do anything special to stand out among other stories of its genre. The one major problem I have with it I see as personal one. This is the the first time I have ever found a protagonist to be what I can only describe as "the saddest simp protagonist" I have ever seen, and it is infuriating. The MC is betrayed, murdered, and had his name forever sullied in the history books, but he still simps for the queen that orchestrated all of it. He simps so hard he says the queen was in the right to do what she did to him. He simps SO HARD he murders the one person who could perfectly understand everything he was going through, having gone through the same herself at his hands yet forgiving him for all of it, all just because she dared to bring up the question that maybe sir knight did not absolutely find the queen guiltless of all her evil deeds against him. Like holy shit story, if you are going to be like that you could have at least made the beginning more interesting by showing the queen ordering his execution only for him to do it himself to save his queen the trouble! To sum it up, I personally do not like the protagonist.

The point still stands, as amazing as some of these stories could be in manga form, so many will either never be completed (axed) never properly translated (unpolished mtl doesn't count) or happen to be released monthly (people have a life to live and 12 chapters a year is insane)

According to some of the comments here, there won't ever be one, cause this is where the manga ends, there's apparently a light novel continuation, but for the manga itself this is the end, and since this channel doesn't really do light novels, a part 3 is probably never gonna happen.

He was betrayed but he's still denial that he was, he killed someone who was also betrayed, he let an assassin go scot free but killed the guards... like seriously, the guards🤔 Assassins kill people and the guards are just guards, they just guard.
Guards are in the way and they signed up knowing what the job was. They would have to kill anyone who is trying to kill their lord/employer if the situation was reversed. So assigning morality to the situation is silly.
