@@99lodewijk So according to you all American guys are cowboys with southern accents? Also the setting for this musical is supposed to be Ohio. Not the deep south.
I think this is the best version I've seen, the set, the make out, the church choir, the dancing, THE COWBOY DAD And most of all the elaborate rainbow lights, how they landed perfectly on the backup singers and the coffins, I love it so much.
I love it, that's basically how different nations view the more conservative portions of America. The cowboys accents are not geographically accurate bit still hilarious.
They are the same actors who played Ram and Kurt; so the exaggerated accent is purely to differentiate them (the costuming was done poorly to show that they were the same actors)
@@doomslayer1984 I'm sorry my 6 year old joke on a video of a upbeat musical number at the funeral of 2 teenagers where their fathers admit their previous sexual history as the result of a continual string of murders disguised as suicides was not nuanced enough for your perspective. I will strive to do better but in the meantime have you considered crying harder about it?
In some productions I've seen of Heathers the dads don't even kiss, while these dads look like they're about to raw dog it on stage 🤣 Never been prouder to be Australian!
Best live perfomance of heathers XD I usually think the original version is better, but let's face it, this performance beat them fair and square. The dancing, the choir, the acting, superb!
HE LITERALLY JUMPS ONTO HIS SON'S COFFIN OH MY GOD
i love how he's literally just a cowboy
he is 'american'
_Laura_ _Palmer_ he is American*

One is literally a cowboy and the other kinda looks like a plumber??? It's like a bad porno??
I love it
For those who weren’t there, the dads were played by the same actors who played Kurt and Ram which worked so well 😊
J _Rus how did they do the scene before Big Fun then??
William Gowling they probably cut it

Not all nations think the same slick. And many nations of the world are very conservative. Something you fail to mention.
