Joe....You make some awesome bbq. Great recipe. I've been using the jealous devil pellets and live them and the flavor/color they give my food. How does it compare to the smoking pecan pellets?
I used to use Jealous Devil but these Smokin Pecan Pellets give a much better flavor and color. Lots more smokey flavor using the Smokin Pecan Pellets.
Absolutely awesome! I'm definitely going to make those, but I going to put a little twist on it by adding a little bit of homeade cocktail sauce between the shrimp and the burger ... should be almost like a surf and turf bomb wrapped in bacon!!
