Also make sure the UPS employee scans 2 returns because I had one that one shipment came with three and then the other one just came with one, Well, the kid just scanned the one and on your phone you get acknowledgment of the return from Amazon instead of Three Blu-ray and then the other one Blu-ray, It just said that I had returned the one so I had to get on the phone with Amazon. Put the kid on the phone at the UPS Store and say that I did return 4 today blu-ray from 2 different orders… URGH
Yeah, I made sure they scanned both QR codes I had to return them. I didn't notice this Twister steelbook had a spine slash on it until recently. I put in another request for a return but haven't received it and they may be out of stock now. Oh well! I'm not ordering steelbooks from Amazon anymore if I don't have to.

It's a collectors worse nightmare it's just careless and annoying
You figure they would tell their employees to always put steelbooks in a box due to being collectible and easily damaged.
