Hangetsu

Hangetsu is another unique kata to the syllabus as it is not paired with another kata unlike the Heian series or Tekki etc.
This Kata uses the Hangetsu Dachi or half moon stance. which is new to students and therefore is taught and required for a second Dan grading.
In this video it is performed slowly so that you can follow with the movements at home, and when in class, we can incorporate the kata pace.
