u need to have a little flutter on the gauges mate,. u had number 4 to tight on vaccum adjuster as it stayed put when u hit kill switch. and u didnt rev bike to see if the rising together ,put the filters on ,engine timing is fine it wouldnt run like that if a cam was one tooth out for sure. sounds good.
@@tryordiegarage ou didnt say what was causeing the knocking in your vid after. I didnt see the one where you showed it. what was it? Get the filters on and guages will show higher vaccume ,the pistons will have more resistance to suck on,i think you know this .
@@stephenhepburn6374 It was the carbs being unbalanced, I took them off and did a manual balance by holding them to the light and closing all the butterflies, then put a little petrol to see how quickly it leaked through the butterflies.... can't believe I didn't actually put that in the video...🤣 What an idiot 🤣🤷🏻♂️
Don’t be thrown by the vacuum gauge, if it was a larger cc it would show a higher pressure pull , hope that makes sense. Well done anyway. Diesel ? Sorry but I laughed out load 🤣🤣🤣😉
Cheers Roberto, you would have laughed harder if you had seen all the footage where I stripped carbs cleaned plugs checked wiring and spark multiple times 🤣🤣🤣
😂 we all get there in the end , I made a lot of changes to my bandit engine, turns out I need a stage 3 dynojet kit , otherwise they run like a bag of 💩
And also the gauges will indcate more vacuum when you set the idle.. dunno what theese idle at,would guess 1200ish? it looked a bit high too,on the rev counter. She sounded a bit too high. Lover idle closees the butterflies = more vacuum. When you sync, let the needles jump a little,so you know the reading is "live". Anyways,Good job on the bike so far! I’ve been following since the start.👍🏻👍🏻 love the colours!😎
balance at tickover 1000rpm

Cheers Stephen, I had another go today loosening it up and revving it up, and it is a little better. 🙏🏻
