DAY TRIP: BEACH AND A LITTLE HIKE TO COMAS ISLAND

Hi everyone!
Another vlog, another memory recorded. ☺
This is Sam and Nhessy travel vlog. We love traveling and experiencing new adventure together whenever we have the opportunity and record simple memories together especially the places new to us.
From Masamerey Beach, we rode a “baluto” going to COMAS ISLAND(yun daw ang name 😉) for like less than 5 minutes and hiked for around 8 mins up the cogon-ridden hillside of the island. We had a great guide and he cleared the otherwise tough trail for us. The hike was slippery but the view once we were on top of the hill was magnificent. Rock formations everywhere. Beats the “Batanes of the East” thing if you ask us. :) The island is now privately owned so not everyone can just go there and not anyone can take visitors there. But most of the time it’s okay to visit.
After the hike we returned to the beach and enjoyed ourselves swimming a bit. Kuya Guide was great, he even got us some coconut juice fresh from the tree. :) We finished up and went home, having spent a wonderful day, not to mention inexpensive too(100php per head)
Our original plan was to go to the Batanes of the East, but since the LGU ordered that it be closed for a while, we went to Masamirey Beach instead and found a gem of a place. :)
