@Hill Detective Conan, a long running mystery manga/ anime series which is popular in Japan, but outside of Japan, not really as well known as stuff like Doraemon.

They had legal issues with the name dectective Conan so they renamed it to case closed. If they thought about redubbing it I don't know if they still could get away with renaming it back to what it was... Considering that the first name change was do to the Conan O'Brian show or something like that.

Fox Kids had originally licensed Detective Conan and then realized what they show in some episodes. But instead of selling the license Fox Kids kept it without being able to use it. Really dumb.
