I’m a mha fan who is 20 my only complaint is the fights, not the amazing story and bakugo character development, it’s just that the fights are dull and full of slow motion shots , still shots and flashbacks , compared to other shonen, Jujutsu Kaisen is making MHA look like a Rom com

Some of mha fights is a lot of flashbacks, monologues, slow motion etc. a new ova came out and bakugo and deku had a 1v1 and it was them just fighting and no talking and it was really good. Ppl could argue they needed those flashbacks and monologues and slow motion because it was a “Moment” for the both of them but nah. When Naruto and sasuke fought for the first time it was straight fighting and it still got the moment across

Season 5 I wasn't to concerned with, but season 6 just felt rushed and the fights were not great other then Lady Nagants fight against Deku which was mid. Dekus vigilante ark was rushed as well but I've heard there's gonna be a movie that expands that and season 6 so it most likely will be redeemed. Also not much character development with other characters other then Bakugo and All Might

Spoilers 🚨🚨 As a manga reader here’s my thoughts since Season 7 will just last until 25 episodes • Star and Stripe arc is 1 episode as 1 hour special (chapter 329-334) • UA Traitor arc is 2-3 episodes (chapter 335-338/339-342 as Preparing for Final War) • Final War arc is 22-23 episodes (chapter 343-maybe end 420 whenever manga finishes before S7 premiere)

I don’t like this “filler movie” phrase going around. The movies are canon and characters keep making reappearances in the manga. And it’s not like the movies are boring.
Its a weird half canon the movie characters are real but the events arent exactly what happens in the main story. Like how Logan describes the xmen comics of his world.

The teams responsible for the anime series and the movies are different, and I mean people envolved and budget-different. So it doesnt make sense to say "all the efforts and budget went into the movies", the team has essentially always been the same
I agree. I yhink what hurt bones more so was mob phsycho being produced around the same time. It was obvious which one they put more effort into, even though they are in different divisions. Now that mha is definitively their prized project since Mob is gone, the production for s7 should be top notch

Anime people just like to nitpick and complain about everything. I just ignore them now because season 6 was really good. Besides I'm sure they have two teams at least there. One for making episodes and another for movies. I doubt all the people would work on both because of the work load. Even if they did both, I bet they have a schedule and system they fallow to manage both projects.
I'm sick of people blaming the fans for being dissapointed at the anime. There's lots of great things about the show, but it's also full of issues, from directing to animation. Look at the animation quality of one punch man, demon slayer, mob psycho, heck even old Naruto fights. Then compare them to the still frame style animation of MHA's Deku vs Shigaraki fight. They aren't even in the same legue. There's a reason why so many complain. The problem isn't with the fans.

It had a mix of great and terrible moments. It was easy to see what episodes had gotten tallent, budget and time, and which were not. That, coupled with several major bad directing choices put a lot of us off. The deku vs shigi fight was built up for years, and done so amazingly in the manga. Then when it came to the much anticipated animation, we got serviceable animation at best. Lots of still frames and bad censorship. I'm glad you liked it, but for those of us who saw it's potential only to be given mediocrety, you can't fault us for being upset. The problem aren't the fans. It's the board meeting that are directing the anime production.
I don't know about that how about that mha I love mha honestly buy there is a lot of competition next year and mha is not popular how it used to it is OK for anime popularity to go down and up.

This of course is very good news and I can’t wait to see where this all goes next. I should point once again that I feel that there’s a good 60% chsnce we’ll have quite a bit of filler in it. From what I saw the arcs they still need to cover before the final one are short and assuming we’re getting 25-26 episodes again that means they have alot to consider. Personally I think they SHOULD do like a 5 to 6 episode filler arc ontop of the two canon ones left and wait for season 8 to start the final one. However that’s not the only way to handle this but it is a likely option and I just want to point that out to people.
I also feel UA Traitor arc is the preparation of Final War and will somehow gets merged to Final War arc once the MHA manga is finished and here’s what would’ve been Star and Stripe arc is chapter 329-334 (6), episode 139-140 (2) Final War arc is chapter 335-411 ongoing (76+) episode 141-163/164 (23/24)

As for season 5, the anime completely garbled up the entire story there. Cut out entire character arks and switched around whole arks.
As im not someone who nit picks art in anime due to paying attention to the story more. Give the animators some slack. Everyone should know by now they are underpaid and working ungodly hours. These things are gonna happen. When animators are put through alot more comfortable and fair working conditions, thats when youll get better animation all the time.
