To everybody who are watching this video, be aware of such misinformation. Depth of field is not higher in full frame because of the larger sensor, its because for a similar field of view full frame uses higher zoom lens than apsc or micro 4/3rd. Its the zoom that gives you the shallower depth of field. Even a full frame lens on a apsc camera will deliver similar results because the smaller sensor will capture less light. The effective aperture will be reduced anyways. This guy has zero practical knowledge about how cameras and lenses work because he uses his apsc camera only to record videos. Never went out of this room and did any photography on his own. Buy the cheaper apsc lens, save money. You can sell them anyday if you decide to move up. Its common sense that a 10 times more expensive lens will give you better results, but if you have that money then you can but the full frame body too. This video makes zero sense. The sigma lens in comparison is one of the most expensive apsc lens, because its world's only f1.8 zoom lens. There is no way the full frame f2.8 lens gives you similar background blur. You dont need to spend as much, buy the sigma 17-50 f2.8 lens that is cheaper. That lens will give you similar performance to the full frame f2.8 lens on an apsc body. Beaware of these ignorant novice advises...
people do that as it makes there lens investment future proof when they upgrade to Full frame.Generally FF lens have higher quality glass meaning more crisp output
