Excellent overview and advice as always Faith. I've forwarded this video to a friend who asked me what I thought about buying in this current climate. She was delighted to receive this, so you have done a very good deed and helped a young person today!
Great video. We are in the process of buying, we have secured mortgage and have the contact etc through. But now we are worried the house prices will crash and we will loose out on money if we decided in a few years to sell this property! :)
@@thepropertyhustle38 yes it really is as think I will wait until Covid 19 is over before I think of buying. At present I am just having a look at houses (online) but I think I need to be realistic in respect to the propertys I am looking for.
@@a.e5070 its a great time to look online and do preliminary research. Are you buying the property to live in or rent out as an investment? Which areas are you looking at currently?
@@thepropertyhustle38 I will be buying the property to live in but I will also rent out some rooms. I have been looking at South East London which appears to be beyond my price range😀. I have observed to be much cheaper in the Thamesmead , Plumstead and Woolwich area. I want to buy a house and not a flat, however I may need to go out of London as it appears to be much cheaper.
@@a.e5070 yes the further out you go the more affordable particularly if you're looking for a house. Woolwich is good particularly with crossrail coming in. I'd suggest considering Lewisham if you haven't already.
