aren't ironspike items bad on him? cause you don't wanna be that close for most of the trades in lane phase anyway. I think trinity(+fleet), heartsteel(+grasp) and jak'sho(+fleet or grasp? not sure) do the work a lot better than goredrinker, don't they? (even when fighting as melee Mega)
