The screen of my Aura frame is black and stays black. There is no white cirkle in the middle of the screen when I put the power on. What can it be?

Im pretty sure the Mason supports portrait mode so it is different than the Griffin.

Please PLEASE tell me how to silence the sounds and speaker of my aura photo frame. It's driving us crazy!

I will look into it. You might have to remove any videos from the frame because those are the ones that put out sound.
