Dear Swami Mukundanandaji, I watch your videos daily and nonstop. It has filled my life with happiness, joy and positivity. Before this, I was in a low phase. You and your videos and knowledge have uplifted me so much. I will continue to wholehearteddly listen daily and imbibe every word in my life. Bhagawath name and bhagavat katha is so powerful, it has the ability t lift all of us and our souls out of misery.
Very nice story, I remember seeing Sakshi Gopal Temple when I was in Jagannath puri Dham, wasn't aware of this wonderful divine event that established the temple there. The ant 🐜 with salt in mouth, is such a wonderful analogy - we are surrounded by Brahma like the ants surrounded by sugar, but Maya has completely obstructed our ability to experience the divine- 😢, But Radha Rani So kind, she will rescue us and take us to the highest gati ❤😊
Agreed. The Ant with salt ball in its mouth personifies us humans so perfectly - we have the impure heart and so we keep finding faults in people and situations.
Loved the Sakshi Gopal Story ❤ I am from cuttack Odisha, my grandmother used to tell this story everytime 🥰 How gopal came, how he walked with that young brahman all along, and how he stopped, and stayed there, at Sakhigopala that place where the current temple is being built. Have visited many times feeling so grateful that lord Jagannath has given me birth in this divine land of Odisha ❤️ Jay Jagannath 🙏🏻
Wow, so nice of you to share your story and sentiments! So grateful to Swamiji for helping to create those same waves of devotion out here in US and all over the world.
God is ALL PERVASIVE , and not confined to a particular form . To attain God's grace and God Himself , we must connect ourselves with Him through loving devotion . It is easier to develop devotion by thinking , loving , and worshipping Him in any of His personal forms . God is hungry for ; and enslaved by loving devotion of His devotees . The story of SAKSHI GOPAL is an example that God reciprocates love , and stands by His devotees to save their honor . Thank you Swamijee for this ' BHAKTI ' episode . Radhey Radhey .
God presents everywhere, we need to developed bhakti bhav towards God to seeing him. The story behind the name of God Sakhshi Gopal was so heart toching. Thank you Swamiji.
God is the name given for pure mind. Pure mind is the mind with out any thoughts. God is within us. Spirituality is the process of cleansing the mind. This is the state of Jivanmukti. You are liberated from the effect of happiness and sorrow. In this state one can easily face death. Guru's work is to guide disciples to cleanse the mind.
I realised recently that He is the only helping hand in the crunch situation. You family and friends can walk with you but only till certain distance. But He walks with you till the last step. Sai Ram..
Radhey Radhey! Both stories are inspiring. But Sakshi Gopal story was very inspiring. I wish I had visitied that temple when we visited Jagannath Puri in Odisha.
Sakshi Gopal story was a heart touching reminder that Lord Krishna is always watching over us as Sakshi and that is such a reassurance and a warning. Thank you Swamiji for you simple yet profound knowledge to guide us in our spiritual path to discovering God and divinity!Jai Shree Ram! Radhe Krishna🙏🙏🙏
we need to start seeing God in one place and eventually we can see Him everywhere ..Wonderful suggestion .. God always sees the intention in our Heart but not externals
The main thing in Bhakti is the BHAV.Depending on our Bhav for loving God will determine if God will give us Darshan.True Bhakti with Bhav will come by thinking about God all the moments.
I am from Cuttack,Odisha.I have been to Sakshi Gopal Temple. The best learning for me from today's discourse is Bhav, that one needs if one wants to communicate with God even in this Kaliyug.
Ram Ram Swamiji Thank you so much. I love it when you say in order to see God we need to Perform Bhakt & in order to be Successful we need to look to Perform Bhav. I will work on it. Thank you so much.
Wonderful story about Sakshi Gopal! The deeper our bhav is the deeper our Bhakti becomes and God reciprocates to our bhav! We should start by developing bhav for him in one form or another/ place and from there expand is and we will find him everywhere!
Swamiji relates a very beautiful story to show how God reciprocates the sentiments of his devotees. What is most important in our devotion is Bhav or the sentiments we hold towards God. With material mind and intellect we cannot perceive God, but when our faith in God is 100%, and we surrender onto him with that faith, then God reveals himself to us. The depth of our devotion is enhanced when our bhav towards God is very deep, our faith in God is rock solid and we truly see God in everybody and everything around us.
Rama chandra!! Such a beautiful line, "You are not seeing me as stone " this can be answer to abhrahmic religion fanatics, calling Deity as idols all the time.
My Guruji has explained the concept so well. As he said, develop Karm Yog and Buddhi Yog. In Karm Yog, you develop the bhav of feeling the presence of God everywhere and all the time. All the mobile and immobile souls are part of tatasthâ-shakti. We are his servants. Our duty is to perform all his desires and create immense longing for his Bhakti. Watch his various divine forms, listen his leela, attend katha, join satsang and read the scriptures. Take all this knowledge and contemplate on it every now and then. My Guru ji words are coming from God. He has practically realised God. God is giving the message from him. What a fortunate soul I am where Guruji is giving me everyday 1 gem of knowledge. Pranam Swamiji.
Puranic stories such as the story of Sakshi Gopal strengthens our hope and faith that we also can see God and talk to Him provided we have that deep loving sentiment in our heart.God always notes the sentiments and feeling that we have in our heart. He is the God of love, and He appreciates that we see Him and His representative, the Guru, as our exclusive shelter. He reciprocates our faith and trust, by gracing us in inconceivable ways.
Jai Shree Krishna 🙏💐💐💐Swamiji ..I am inspired by the two bhraman story. And Thank you so much for teaching us about the deeper meaning of Bhav towards the Lord who is Omnipresent.
Two brahmins inspired me a lot Guru Ji🙏🏻 your words and the lesson behind the meaning is always a blessing for me to strive to better everytime! Hare Krishna😇🙏🏻
Thank you, Swamiji, for such a beautiful illustration of the true meaning of deep faith. It is this type of unshakable faith that increases devotion. Faith transforms a deity into a living form and the enslaved God reciprocates the love of his devotee. Swamiji, you fill our hearts with inspiration and devotion., Thank you.
We can reach to God by cultivating richness and quality in our Bhav. God loves the purity and intention in our remembrance to Him. Swamiji has explained this concept very beautifully by giving astonishing examples.
While the Ant story is a more realistic world example, truly the fact how everything feels around and the secret gem was just shared by Swamiji. What a powerful 16mins of lecture, blissful morning. The Sakshi Gopal story is next level of enlightenment and hope of Bhakti, I wonder how beautiful this relationship is with God, he talks and walks with you as well❤ my my god- melts my heart. I loved the young bramhan boy’s argument - “ if you can talk- you can walk too”, such innocence and firm faith. ❤❤❤❤
Powerful message conveyed by pujaniya 🙏 Swamiji. God is all pervading and one needs to have faith, cultivate pure and deep devotion, and inner sentiments towards Bhagawan. Wonderful example narrated on the history behind 🙏 Sakshi Gopal Temple’s existence.
