💯 facts the Lord asks us STILL spiritually to sacrifice Rom 8:36 “For Your sake we are put to death all day long; We are regarded as sheep for the slaughter.” and yes Sin is supposed to be considered ignorance/unintentional but if you transgress you broke the covenant. Wow we've gone so far from this.
Thanks!!! Very helpful for understanding and applying this often misunderstood book for the modern mind. Also, I'm learning that Rabbinical Judaism and The Way of Christ have much more in common than I thought. Bless all of us who love the G-d of this book.
@@TheTabernacleManyou are doing well teaching and explaining the Word of God but still I have this against you - you show that unholy woman who wears make-up, jewelry and fake nails (to try to get attention and make the message about her, as all women do) in the beginning and ending of each of your teaching videos. That is uneccesary and distracting. especially for young men that do not need to look upon nasty unholy women, and for young women who think they need to hide themselves under make-up and fake eyelashes, nails, hair etc. because now they think God made them ugly and they need to beautify themselves in order to be accepted. If you were ungodly I would not even speak but you claim to be a shepherd and a teacher of the Word of God. Repent and change your ways. do not fall under the judgement of God.
@@ProphetOfAdonai i appreciate your concern about Lilanga. She serves the Lord and is faithful. She is like a sister or daughter to me. She is a professional in the broadcasting world and volunteered to help me when no one else would because the subject was Old Testament. I appreciate your kind comments on my ability to teach. The videos where Lilanga introduces the subject were produced on 2008-2010. Since that time she has returned to Sri Lanka to take care of her elderly parents. She willing is giving up the financial security, comforts and home church to return to a country that is 95 percent Buddhist to serve her parents. Pray for her. Shalom Terry
In the anti-type Jesus made the "second appearing" (Hebrews 9:28) in 70AD. Thats when He finished the atonement and came out to bless the people as it was in the old testament tabernacle arrangement. The "second appearing" Jesus made is the same as the 2nd coming (parousia) and was in 70AD.
I need help with this. So if we sin on purpose does God banish us because most people sin on purpose? I mean all of us are inclined to sin since we are born in sin. Wouldn't God be aware of man's moral fragility? I mean if my child disobeys me would I banish him? I can but what would that do? Most parents would not (up to a certain point). Can mortal parents be more committed to their children than God can? I think the banishment was not when one sins just on purpose (because most sin is done on purpose) but sin where the sinner has no remorse for the consequences of his or her sin or has no desire to change. I say this not to excuse sin nor saying we can't overcome it because we certainly can. But after all, God makes a covenant to transform us. A committed covenant. I believe a committed God would not quickly give up on a person or just banish because of sin (knowing our nature) otherwise I don't think the camp of God would have but a handful of people. Otherwise mortal man takes the notion that he can stop himself from sinning and it's within his power to overcome sin. But we can't, only God can and will do. And He's committed to doing that. I'm still trying to understand.
Obeying the law helps many to draw closer to God. Many of the 613 laws apply only in Israel. There appear to be ceremonial, civil and community standards not just for sin.
@@TheTabernacleMan that is so true when you say that obeying the law that we can apply today most definitely draws is closer to him. It was when I was attending a Pentecostal Church that I felt led to read the Bible from Genesis on and this is when he showed me that I should keep the Sabbath day holy, and when I began keeping the Sabbath day holy, he began opening up so much scripture to me. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
No temple so no sacrifices. After 70 AD the rabbis decided the sacrifice moving forward would be the sacrifice of the heart through confession repentance prayer.
Hi, could you please explain Leviticus 4:32 And if he bring a lamb for a sin offering, he shall bring it a "female" without blemish. why is the lamb here a female? Thank you!

God does not abandon us or banish us. But we must deal with him directly for deliberate sin.
Is there a part 3 that covers the rest of the sin offering for other peoples categories?
No not at this time. Sorry
So why don't jews offer animals anymore? They reject Yehosua, Jesus as final sacrifice! So what is there motive for not obeying the Law?

It is female because that is what was commanded.
Because it was the offering for sin done in ignorance which commanded a female lamb. Leviticus 4: verses 27 and 28.
