Stan Lee is such an iconic man and featured in so many Marvel films, I’m surprised he hasn’t appeared in any sets yet. They could easily give him the Harry and Hagrid treatment from Diagon Alley and throw him into a big set as a secret bonus. Perhaps even give him a plaque like Hagrid and Harry saying “Excelsior”
Lego's most likely well aware of the high demand for a Stan Lee minifig, but the main issue is that the likeness to Stan Lee isn't owned by Marvel, but another company, so the rights have to be discussed separately. I know he was in the video games, but maybe Lego figured they could re-use him so much they got their money's worth for the character... (I'm well aware that Stan Lee was a living person... ...but he also was quite a character...)
Silver Surfer, The Lizard, Kingpin, Elektra, Moon Knight really I can’t wait for them to make more X-men characters, we know we eventually will get them and Fantastic Four and Kang with future MCU movies. Really hope they get to do some more interesting and unique villains when they do: Heroes are only as good as their villains allow them to be so hope we get lots.
