The most annoying thing in the world is when someone keeps waking you up in the middle of the best dream ever and you try to get back into it but It doesn’t always work
Once, I went to sleep at 11 pm and slept for what I thought was 10 seconds but woke up at 8 am. I literally shut my eyes everything went black then 10 seconds later woke up the next morning! Crazy shit
omg i know that feeling like one time when i was like eight i stayed the night at one of my dad's friend's house, and i just got up and wandered around. i eventually got bored and fell asleep on the spot, standing up still.
Has anyone else had that moment when you're drifting to sleep and your brain starts wandering and dreaming of walking or running or something and then suddenly your leg moves and you nearly have a heart attack from the sheer shock of it. I have had that at least 2 times and it is freaky as hell.
Yeaaaah I was about to dream about a game of dodge ball at school then my reflexes went crazy I woke up 2 seconds later. A lot of spasms happened in 2 seconds!
I had a dream where I was laying in a tree and began to lose my balance, resulting in me waking up instantly with a jolt and I kicked my cat clear across the room.
I fell asleep and dreamed something really weird but awesome... Everytime I would die, I would "respawn" at my local supermarket. The dream lasted for 15 hours.... I should make a movie about this...
Oddly enough, this happened to me before, but in a different way. I was injured and got stabbed by some guy, everything going black and I actually felt my body fall as I went unconcious. When I died, there was a "respawn" menu (Similar style to the one in minecraft) where there was 2 options; "Quit Game" or "Respawn". If I tried to choose "Quit Game" my mind would tell me I wasn't able to. So I was stuck respawning into real life, experiencing different phases, all dying various ways only to respawn back at my bed, where I 'woke up' multiple times. Well, at least I believed I woke up. This, is why you need to keep a dream journal.
+101Facts Can I ask something? I had a dream which was realistic, I have had nightmares for a month now every day and they keep being realistic and that I will wake up not knowing what is real what is not. Anyways... The thing is, one of the dreams I had was about someone saying "You ruined it" and "She is an idiot" about me. I was reading it. I didn't hear it, I saw it. How is this possible?

I get reoccurring dreams all the time. And sometimes get a dream then when I go back to sleep a bit later it carries on and ends up being really weird.

More times than I'd like to admit, in my waking life, I have déjà vu or feel exactly how I felt in a similar moment from a similar space in a dream. I also confuse conversations I've had with people in my awake life vs my dream life.
I once dreamed that Voldemort chased me around my living room.. then he got so tired of running that he got himself a glass of water. I escaped through the window while he couldn't see me :,)
Once I had a lucid dream where i was just kinda floating there.. i said out loud "show me something scary" and was prepared to close my eyes and wake up. Instead, a little turtle showed up. I said "are you scary" and it exploded. I then woke up :(
REM isn't pronounced by individual letters like the band rather spoken (rem). I have narcolepsy and last year I experienced dreaming while awake which happens with this disorder apparently. Its hard to explain to make it understood as very cool as it is on the other side of scary. My bf has gotten used to it but the first time it happened I almost jumped from his truck on the interstate because of a spider the size of a toddler I was seeing in the backseat. Before understanding it was a sleep disorder they diagnosed people with schizophrenia.
I had sleep paralysis a few times, one time with a scary voice yelling at me while I couldn't move, yea... also I've had exploding head syndrome a few times as well. Still better than a terminal illness, chronic mental disorder, etc.
I have been a gamer since 2 years old, and now am 18. I'm pretty sure I've had sleep paralysis multiple times but Ive been able to snap out of it. I guess years of mental discipline to cope with anxiety and panic attacks combined with the gaming allowing me for better control help.
i have sleep paralysis too and its scary. for me it lasts about 30 seconds but all i see is darkness. i cant move and its scary. sometimes i'll have an itch and can't move to scratch it. but for some reason when i think of the word 'jesus' it helps.
lol wrong joseph in the Bible. There was another Joseph in the Bible and he was an interpreter of dreams. No hate lol this is actually the best video i’ve seen in a while
I woke up one day dreaming i had opened a knife in csgo, then i woke up, at first i was really happy!, then i realized it was a dream and i got depressed....
When I graduated from high school, I began having a recurring dream that when the following semester of high school began after i graduated, I found myself back in high school, repeating the 12th grade. I was telling everyone I could that it was all a mistake and I really didn't belong there because I had already graduated. No matter how many people I told, no one would listen to me!!! I had that same dream for 23 years before it finally stopped!!! Now, all I dream of is being in a house, not always the same one, with at LEAST 10-15 bedrooms. It's the ONLY dream I remember after I wake up (I realize we dream every night but don't always remember dreaming). So, I went from high school to a multi-bedroom house!!! Whacky!!!
I remember a lot of my dreams and they strongly effect me and my emotions when awake. I'm almost always lucid in my dreams. I was running away from scary situation and I woke up trying to catch my breath and was so afraid.
My dreams have an emotional effect on my waking self also. Sometimes I will be motivated to do something I would ordinarily not have the motivation to do, because of something that happened that morning in my dream. Other times I'll be going about my day and suddenly feel what I call "dream sense", kind of like a "spidey sense" and when I focus on it, I realize I was just reminded of something that happened in my dream that morning that I didn't remember dreaming until that moment! Also I'm starting to wonder if my most interesting dreams are partially lucid dreams since sometimes I'll realize that there is a reoccurrence of a place or storyline. I choose to relax and enjoy wherever the dream takes me since they have more emotional engagement than anything I feel in my waking life. I refer to these dreams as "elevator dreams" as somewhere at some point I would have seen or passed an elevator in that dream. Around 6-8 years old I had 1 of 3 repeated "elevator dreams" every night for as long as I could remember so one day I asked my Mom about it. Turns out at 2 my father had me walk out the elevator on my own while he carried my younger brother to the babysitter and I didn't get out fast enough so I was locked inside for I don't know how long. My father had to quickly drop off my brother, then take the stairs to the lobby to eventually retrieve me. I don't know the details of how I reacted to elevators after that since it's a regular part of life but my family lived with relatives for 6 months and there were no elevators there and apparently when we returned, I was hysterical the first time I encountered an elevator again. (I would've been around 3.) So my repeated dreams was actually a reference to a traumatic event I had no idea happened to me. Since then I appreciate my "elevator dreams" even when the repeated ones ended after finding out their origin and the dreams became more varied just with an elevator spotted or entered at some point.
Team lucid dreamer here ✋🏾✋🏾!!!!! Been able to do it since my late teens. Once I recognize something is different than real life like a slightly different floor plan and I’m able to keep the dream going.
I experienced number 84 less than 2 month ago and I realized that night (I mean in the morning when I walk up) 2 things: 1-for that kind of dreams ,your eyes is barely open 2-the monster in my dream was actually a little picture on the wall ( I was able to see it because the light in kitchen was on and my door was not closed) and the noise that I thought it was monster screaming was actualy coming from my window on the orther side of my bed room ( it was a rough weather that night) so I dream about a monster (or something) wanted to chase me,and I remember even now,I was trying to stand up from my bed but I couldn t!!! the visualization of my dream take place in my bed room and eyes barely open there are so much things to say about that night but I can t phrase it
I once had a bit of a Tetris addiction (this lasted about 2 months until I literally forced myself to stop) and would not only dream of various patterns and sequences of Tetris blocks; I would also see this happening if I closed my eyes. I would be thinking about Tetris when doing anything else. It was the only thing i’ve ever experienced that had me in such grips. Truly a mindfuck
i had a false awakening once where in the dream i woke up to go to my room because in real life i was asleep on my couch. i only realized i was dreaming because one of the windows in the room was in the wrong place only to wake up again on the couch. it’s one of the most bizarre experiences i’ve ever had. and i’ve had a few.
Remembering a dream doesn't always mean ur dreams are lucid. You have to know for a fact that you are dreaming. Like for an example I always pinch my thigh and if it's numb then I know. Not saying ur dreams aren't lucid
It's frustrating because I do reality checks in reality, and then I do them in dreams, and they somehow check out. I then proceed to behave as if it is reality, and when I realize that my body feels heavy, I think "hm, it feels like a dream, but it can't be, because I checked, and I'm acknowledging the fact that I could be dreaming, so I must be awake." I then wake up and feel immensely irked with myself. I've also thought "this must be a dream!" at the end of a nightmare, before waking up and realizing it was. I can't help but wonder if the meta qualities of my dreams is reflecting how characters in my books will casually acknowledge the fourth wall...
My dreams are usually very chaotic, and for some reason I never died in a single one of them. And if I were about to die, I usually just start a new dream or just appear in a different part of the dream.
I used to be able to control most of my dreams as a kid, once I realized I was dreaming, I was able to take control and do anything, Other times, I've had dreams that play out in real life from a few days after to a few months, this has saved my life a few times, it starts like Deja Vu, then I remember a dream that really effected me at the time, and Im able to change the outcome by mere secounds, I have woken up in dreams where im in my bed only to really wake up about a min later, I have a really good explanation of dream I wrote when I was younger because of my experience of controlling my dreams, again, when I was younger, If I wanted to have a certain type of dream, I was able to invoke it by thinking about it what I wanted to dream about before falling asleep, I haven't tried controlling any of my dreams for years but when I was younger, I've mastered it and my dreams became a place where I could do anything I wanted,
Sounds like without realizing it, your younger self mastered "lucid dreaming" (at least as I understand it). I've never tried to control my dreams even when I'm aware I'm dreaming since I can't consciously create an interesting storyline. I prefer to relax and see where the dream takes me. Sometimes I wake up and try to get back to the dream to continue it but it just results in my dream self standing around doing nothing as I'm now awake.
I’ve always referred to and treated my dreams like a movie, never out loud until now . I’ve always had a hard time falling asleep as a kid . A tool I would sometimes employ was imagining Two directors or movie theater project cats in front of a movie screen and I’d say to them “ hit it boys!” the film count down would begin playing on the screen ... a count down to the start of my dream ... the movie .
You actually can read in dreams, but the words/letters will always change from what you originally read to something else entirely. (I have experienced that)
I've awoken feeling so good and nostalgic. l've woken up screaming and ending-up on the floor. Your mind is simply waiting for you to fall asleep. Your miind knows you better than you would dare to. Dreams and memories are like a bad marriage. "Get-out, I never want to see you ever again". And, of course, "Baby, I could never live without you." In either case, sometimes I think that 'dreaming' is the best part of living.
I dream in color and fly like I’m dog paddling ! Weird I taught myself during sleep while dreaming since I’ve been 4-5, after I got it perfecti! Then.... I used to fly away from killers and people chasing me ! I also go back into the same dream if I wake
I remember when I was about 5 living in the village ,I dreamed that I met a zombie and became friends. Until it ripped my ear off with his mouth and ran into the forest and mayhem was caused everywhere. Then I woke up to Winny the Pooh
I choose to relax and enjoy wherever the dream takes me since they have more emotional engagement than anything I feel in my waking life. I refer to certain dreams as "elevator dreams" as somewhere, at some point, I would have seen or passed an elevator in that dream. I always experience some kind of sleep paralysis when I lucid dream. My whole body is heavy and numb . I Kno I can't move I have great dreams and so scary it's almost sinister. But my most recent My son in reality was talking a nap on the couch and so I decided to take a nap with my daughter in my bed. I woke up in my dream knew I was sleeping in the bed so I refused to look at my body, I went to the kitchen to make a snack for my kids, I heard my son crying I told myself to wake up I thought he was crying for real . So I woke up back in bed and he was sleeping next to me when I realized that I was still dreaming, I could still hear him crying and then laughing ( like a overlap) all the while I can see him sleep, I woke up about 3 more times before I woke up for real and found him still asleep on the couch. It's not the scariest but I was confused for a second I thought he had came in my bed.
These kinds of channels always blow up. Glad I caught this one early. No doubt it will soon be amongst the *many* listing channels. Maybe I should start a channel that lists things...
the fact about dreams not being weird until you wake up isn't always true, because i've had many dreams where i'm aware of how weird they are while still asleep
So I wonder what it means when you've been having dreams that have been progressing like a story or movie. For about a month now, I have been having dreams about vampires. I was bitten and "turned" in the first one, remember losing control and attacking the humans in the group I was with previously. I remember the taste of blood, and the heightened senses that are still a part of the dreams currently. However, they are not as dark as they were in the beginning. The one who turned me took me to meet the others like us who have been teaching me how to control the more primal urges. Most of the dreams lately have been somewhat boring, as they have been about learning how to stay safe and hidden, as well as dismissing misconceptions about weaknesses and other aspects of vampires that have been perpetrated by Hollywood and lore. In all honesty though, they are still interesting and I am beginning to enjoy them. I will probably never know what these dreams truly mean, but I am okay with that. It gives me something to do while volunteering at the homeless shelter or doing lab work at my job. Titration tests get quite boring after a while lol.
I would enjoy them. My dreaming version of me has a far more interesting life than I do, even when the dream takes me back to the same buildings I had been in previously or some other thing happens that I recognize from a previous dream. I just find the idea of revisiting or having a continuity in the dream world makes it more real, like another dimension I get to visit each night.
11:03 I had a dream one time where I was late for school and missed the bus. Later in the dream I woke up and was relived it was a dream. I missed the bus again. Then I woke up and realized I was dreaming both of those times.
I once had a dream that In my room there was a creepy doll that I was gonna throw out the next day. I went to sleep and nightmares about lots of dolls. Then I threw it out. Had some coffee, went to school, came home, then actually woke ip
I once dreamed about going to Disney World for one of my 🎂, next year on my 🎂, i got a card from my Aunt saying that i would be Going to Disney World for my 🎂. It was a good dream
Deh Pigeon I had one of these but it was a hyper realistic and vivid nightmares of a bridge collapse A bridge I’ve been on before and had absolutely NO issue or fear of it prior to the nightmare now I have a slight phobia of it when I have to cross it The only thing is I think it collapsed due to a severe earthquake and for one to be bad enough to break it like that it would destroy the entire state most likely and what sucks I live in California in the Bay Area it was a nightmare of the new carquenez bridge and an earthquake could very well happen when I’m on it
I once had a dream I was riding a Charizard down the hallways of my elementary school, we crashed, it died and then the dream ended. FYI, I'm done with high school, I haven't been in my elementary school in a good 9 years. Random as fuck.
You referenced the wrong Joseph as the interpreter of dreams (there is more than one in the bible). Mary's husband, Joseph was not the dream interpreter. It was Joseph, son of Jacob (Israel) in Genesis. He interpreted his own dream about his brother's and sheaves of wheat. Then while in prison in Egypt he correctly interpreted the dreams that 2 other prisoners had. Then he interpreted Pharoe's dreams. That is what made him the second most powerful man in Egypt. "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" by Andrew Lloyd Weber is based on this story.
I had a dream that the alarm clock was going off and I started nudging my husband to turn it off. It turned out our house was on fire. It is a good thing he woke up. I had rolled back over to get back to sleep when I thought he turned it off. We all got out safely including our dog. The house was toast though.
I also had this thing with dream incorporation where I used to have a radio to wake up to and I was having this dream which had a battle between 'good' and 'evil', my dream was wrapping up and good was winning and then suddenly my radio came on and the tide of the battle changed suddenly and 'evil' won. What is sad is that the news was depressing enough to warrant that.
Is it just me or does anyone have a dream that they think they already had before like last night ot smth or another night and then dream the exact same thing again, but it turns out you dreamed that one thing that whole night and it was literally 15 or 20 mins? Or maybe even 10 mins.
The most annoying thing in the world is when someone keeps waking you up in the middle of the best dream ever and you try to get back into it but It doesn’t always work

I had a lucid dream and a false awakening in the same dream
That's edgie.
I don't think you know what "edgy" mean.
Neo-Nuclearcrazed
It's when someone thinks he/she's cool...
Fire Girl I did to but I kept waking up inside my dream. I had like 5 false awakenings in one
Random Talk i have that a few time's.
Number 12 is false. I can read perfectly fine, its just that the text may change every now and then. Its time that you can ignore
Aidan Drinks Fluids it's not false its scientifically proven to be true but for some reason I can sometimes read too I always just thought it was part of the dream like your not actually reading you just think you are
I can see numbers totally clear, sometimes even letters.
I've read plenty of things in dreams.
Same. I used to use it as an anchor for lucid dreaming but then just learned to do it.
I can read but cant write in dreams
Everytime i fight in dreams, i can't even hit hard
XFadedX _Edo14X me too !!
1. I can read in my own dreams, it's just I can't remember what I read properly. 2. Am I the only one who dreams that I can speak and/or read foreign language(s) and when I wake up I forget?

Fox Mulder (The X-Files) once said that "I've always felt that dreams were answers to questions we haven't figured out how to ask."
I like the way you talk especially those interspersed expletives. It gives me energy. Thanks.
lol wrong joseph in the Bible. There was another Joseph in the Bible and he was an interpreter of dreams. No hate lol this is actually the best video i’ve seen in a while
Glad someone besides me caught that

Funny joke, Mate.
(I would've been around 3.)
So my repeated dreams was actually a reference to a traumatic event I had no idea happened to me. Since then I appreciate my "elevator dreams" even when the repeated ones ended after finding out their origin and the dreams became more varied just with an elevator spotted or entered at some point.
Some dreams can tell the future
When i dream im peeing i always wet the bed.
Same
I think it goes foe everyone its hard nt to the dreams really make u believe ur on the 🚽 and for some reason its always the time u piss the most...lol
I have dreams about the future all the time... it's scary. Almost three times every month
its called deja vu, its doesnt happen to me often but its spooky
Team lucid dreamer here ✋🏾✋🏾!!!!! Been able to do it since my late teens. Once I recognize something is different than real life like a slightly different floor plan and I’m able to keep the dream going.
I experienced number 84 less than 2 month ago
and I realized that night (I mean in the morning when I walk up)
2 things:
1-for that kind of dreams ,your eyes is barely open
2-the monster in my dream was actually a little picture on the wall ( I was able to see it because the light in kitchen was on and my door was not closed)
and the noise that I thought it was monster screaming was actualy coming from my window on the orther side of my bed room ( it was a rough weather that night)
so I dream about a monster (or something) wanted to chase me,and I remember even now,I was trying to stand up from my bed
but I couldn t!!!
the visualization of my dream take place in my bed room
and eyes barely open
there are so much things to say about that night but I can t phrase it

I have lucid dreams every day
So I remember almost all my dreams by that it means I can remember the most recent oz ones
A Day In The Life Of Kiwi cool I lucid dream twice in my 10 years of life
Pretty cool
@@sam-uq5ue I remember a dream from 6 years ago. _.
Omg I had a dream where I was completely in control of everything I did
I dreampt of a whole day. I got up went to school did my homework went to bed and then woke up
Except that I realized I was dreaming
So I got super scared
Cuz I couldn't wake up
My dreams are usually very chaotic, and for some reason I never died in a single one of them.
(I have experienced that)
My scary dreams could literally turn into a horror movie
As a gamer, I can verify that the games I played do in fact find their way into my dreams quite often.
When I was 13, I dreamt I was falling and saw my body hitting the rocks but no pain..46 now and have never forgot that dream..
I shut my door because I used to sleep shout and walk sometimes like the other day.
I drift in and out of reality a lot.
one time because im so used to the sound of my alarm clock it actually woke me but it didn't go off I was so pissed off
I have the auditory alarm clock dream alot on the weekends. Auditory dreams are weird
I dream in color and fly like I’m dog paddling ! Weird I taught myself during sleep while dreaming since I’ve been 4-5, after I got it perfecti! Then.... I used to fly away from killers and people chasing me ! I also go back into the same dream if I wake

I always have scary dreams. I don’t like sleeping.

the fact about dreams not being weird until you wake up isn't always true, because i've had many dreams where i'm aware of how weird they are while still asleep
I once dreamed about a cartoon charecter that i made up and now I draw her all the time
If you haven’t watch the film monkey bone! This reminded me of this!!!

A bridge I’ve been on before and had absolutely NO issue or fear of it prior to the nightmare now I have a slight phobia of it when I have to cross it
The only thing is I think it collapsed due to a severe earthquake and for one to be bad enough to break it like that it would destroy the entire state most likely and what sucks I live in California in the Bay Area it was a nightmare of the new carquenez bridge and an earthquake could very well happen when I’m on it

In #58, you have the wrong biblical Joseph. You mean Joseph the patriarch, son of Jacob/Israel.
Thank you I thought I was the only one that was going to correct him
I once had a dream I was riding a Charizard down the hallways of my elementary school, we crashed, it died and then the dream ended. FYI, I'm done with high school, I haven't been in my elementary school in a good 9 years. Random as fuck.
Well at least you dreamed of pokemon. If you had realised you were dreaming you might've caught 'em all!
I feel like I’m going to have nightmares tonight now..... it was interesting tho

One time, I watched too much Muselk in one day, and I got a dream about TF2.
I had a dream that the alarm clock was going off and I started nudging my husband to turn it off. It turned out our house was on fire. It is a good thing he woke up. I had rolled back over to get back to sleep when I thought he turned it off. We all got out safely including our dog. The house was toast though.
That's intense jesus... how did it start
Wires in the attic. The home was built in the 70's. The fireman said a squirrel could have chewed on it. I always use to think they were so cute
Yeah it happens to me
