I get it sells but it doesnt address any of the real underlying issues in Dolton or the surrounding areas. This one caught my attention. Very well put together with allot of facts. This is one of the best videos if not the best that I've come across in the Dolton saga. Ill be going back and binge watching all your videos now. This is the first time Ive come across your content. Keep up the amazing work! You have no idea how much it means to hear that my research has inspired others to start digging deeper. My whole goal has been to raise awareness. I'm really curious as to the history of TIF #2, the connection to Michael Rose, and the recent TIF transfers in 2022 and 2023 under the claim of "administrative costs". My understanding from the audit is that there is already a $2.5m outstanding amount owed to TIF #1 and another $1.6M owed to the MFT fund, so I think the $672k advance to TIF #2 came from TIF #1. You really have inspired people (including myself) to dig further. Feel free to use anything from this channel and let me know if you'd like any original videos!

I have so many questions about them, not just transfers but legality. Since 2021 for example Dolton only has 2 registered Tif districts with the state. The Indulex Tif and Sibley Woodlawn Tif. Tif 1 for example was terminated at the end of 2016 and it appears Tif 2 was never registered with the state at all. Im currently trying to figure out if these were real legitimate Tifs or just a piggy bank for projects the mayors wanted. I need to figure out a few things still, but these funds raise allot of questions. Same with the class 8s you did a video on, I just watched that one, you did a great job. I actually think theres a little more to it like some shady backroom dealings but need to confirm. Just finished your tow video too. Once again great job! I knew of GTS and JTS (essentially the same company), I had no idea about W&W, unreal. Ill look into all of your suggestions and see what I can find. Im very curious myself. It'll be one of the next videos I put out.

They can’t see the forest for the trees. She had an event in Thornton this weekend that I’m sure the broke township paid for. People loving it - they think it’s free!!
This is exactly what I hope people understand from this video - she has been morally bankrupt for many years. I saw a citizen's address where one of her former supporters said something along the lines of "we voted for the old Tiffany, the one that wanted change". The reality is that she has always been like this - any time you see her fiercely advocating for something, there has been an ulterior motive. Hopefully this encourages people everywhere to take a closer look at their own leaders and the property deals they are advocating for, especially since the personal connection to a politician may not be as obvious as Tiffany makes it to be.

I watched a 2018 video of Mayor Rogers talking about his fundamental staff for the village. He discussed the police chief, fire chief, public works mgr and supervisor, and financial supervisor, and why these people were important. It does not appear they are still employed,do you know what happened to them?
She replaced the police chief with the guy who was terminated in 2019 by Rogers, and she replaced the public works superintendent (Matt Stacy, who grew up in Dolton while his dad was the superintendent in the same job) with a part-time drill rapper (Stacey Carrel) who goes by Unk Lo Down. The finance person doesn't seem to know what she's doing, and they routinely ignore emails from the trustees on financial matters. The former village administrator (Elizabeth Scott) is now the VA at University Park where she does tremendous work.
@DoltonDocumentaries do believe that the motive to get rid of Matt Stacy was to initate pay to play schemes with tree tree triming and concrete work? There seemed to be a lot of contention about tree triming when Tiffany was a trustee.
Tiff was pushing for that Sibley property to be in a TIF district so she can get a kick back from Mr. Bob. Feds would need to go back to her trustee days and see where it all started.

Valeria Stubbs is still heavily involved and makes a citizen comment at virtually every meeting, and Robert Pierson can be spotted in the audience for a few of them. But Muhammad seems to have vanished from public life, after endorsing Henyard back in 2021. I did find some footage he put out last year, where he says he is back to working in media production. He posts on the Dolton Politics Facebook group from time to time, but it seems like quite a few residents are still upset with his past misdeeds - namely the mismanagement of $87k in taxpayer funds for a youth center, the BP Capital scam which he helped to perpetuate, and for laying off some essential employees back in August 2018.

She's morally corrupt. While she may seem well-intentioned, she lacks the integrity and capability to follow through on her ideas and goals.
