Guys ticketmaster said they blocked out some floor seats so it looked "sold out" so they can save floor seats for everyone to get a chance. I'm not sure if it was for everyone but that's what Ticketmaster said.
Every seat at a BTS concert is a GREAT seat!! I’ve been up close, in the middle and at the very top, and honesty it’s so fun! No matter which seat you get it will be wonderful!! So it’s okay that you didn’t get the seats you wanted bc ANY seat is great!❤️
It was a disaster! I didn't get the ticket I wanted. The system kept giving me a we're sorry msg and then it sent me back to the queue. It took me 2 hours to get my ticket.
OMG! Were you trying to get floor seats? I didn't even bother looking at the floor seats cuz I knew I wasn't going to get them. I went for front row seated stands instead.
SAME IT WAS SO STRESSFUL. I kept trying to get vip floor tickets but the error message kept appearing then after a few mins I was kicked out of the page and back in line agAIN and by that time if was all grey. But I’m happy to get a seat after all of that !
Same here. I was in before any of my friends but I couldn't get any of the VIP soundcheck tickets since it kept saying 'sorry another fan beat you to it' .this happened for almost an hour. And then I started getting an error 😓 I just couldn't get any vip tickets and ended up getting seated tickets . But thankfully my friend got an extra soundcheck ticket so I'm gonna be using that.
i got the army membership. all of my accounts got choosen for presale. and there was only 20 people in front of me. i got barricade and soundcheck right in front of the extended stage which is exactly where i wanted (orlando) 😭

I got a army membership presale code yesterday and it really made my ticketing experience so much easier. I got in after 30 minutes and got the section I wanted right away. I’m so happy and happy for everyone else who got tickets! I’m sure it was much harder for everyone who tried getting floor seats/soundcheck though, based on your ticketing story 😭 but everyone who got tickets today truly deserved them.

My experience was so easy and I think it was because I was purchasing tickets for Orlando rather than MetLife or Rose bowl. But, I got vip silver package in section 7 which is right on the stage. I didn't get the ticket I wanted because everything said taken. So I went to a one of the sections I had as a back up (section 7) and clicked on a seat somewhere in the middle and it turned out to be open so I purchased that one. I went back in to look at how many were left and everything was taken. Honestly if you find a ticket in floor that is close to where u wanted to go and it says open just purchase it because they see out so quickly. Good luck everyone !!!

LiaTOK if you chose to get them printed instead of shipped check your email linked to your ticket master account they should have sent you an email with a pdf so you can print them
I had the same rough day as you. I was unable to even attempt to get floor seats for Dallas by the time I got to the site. I was in the queue for like 30 minutes. By then all the VIP were gone. I did manage to snag a seat though on the lower floor area opposite from the catwalk. It wasn't the seat that I wanted but at least I'm finally going to get to see BTS in concert.

Awe, I am so sorry you had to go through that. I got floor tickets for LA Day 1 (this is the first time I was able to purchase floor for BTS and I was super excited!) When The queue redirected it kept saying 0 0 0 on the countdown and finally it put me in the queue and it said 2,000+ and I wanted to give up all hope. Once I finally got in most, if not almost all floor was gone! I was literally FIGHTING people for the slim tickets left on floor, I didn't get the message saying, "Someone beat you to that ticket" but saying I had to buy a ticket with that ticket or something and I am like bruh I just need one ticket! AND FINALLY I clicked on a seat in sec A1 row 13 seat 20 it took me to the checkout and I was in the process to place my order. And it kept saying "we will redirect you in less than 1 min" and it kept reloading and I was like wtf and IT FINALLY POPPED UP SAYING I GOT THE TICKETS AND I WAS FREAKING OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF CLASS AND THE GIRL NEXT TO ME WAS LIKE YOU GOOD AND I AM LIKE MIND YO BUSINESS HAHA but yeah I am so happy. This is probably the smoothest I have ever purchased BTS tickets. I know it was rough but just try to be happy you got tickets and you'll be able to see the boys! Congratulations ( I literally waited in the queue for like 45 min until I got in the room)
Congrats! Same thing happened to me but because I was going for 2 tickets I wasn't able to get floor tickets. I still got pretty good seats though. Hope you enjoy the concert!

U should have also received an email getting an invitation from ticket master saying u r invited to join the presale, somthing like that, I'm sorry I'm really bad at explaining, I hope u can understand me😭

Get a seat that is exactly the first row in the stands towards the side of the stage. It is just above floor but nobody will be standing in front of you. That's what I got and even though I wanted barricade I will still have a good view.
I was close to getting a soundcheck ticket, unfortuantely i didnt realize that for some reason ticketmaster added TWO soundcheck tickets instead of one. By the time i noticed i was already in checkout and couldnt drop the second ticket. But i dont have that kind of money. So i had to give them up and go back to the line. I ended up getting a normal ticket though, so im still happy!
It was the opposite for me... I wanted two tickets but I guess the second click didn't register? Either the website or the browser was lagging. I still got the section I wanted but farther back. But this will be my first BTS concert so I'm just happy I'm going!

You can still buy for Toronto with a US card! I had the same issue, I was so stressed out and it wouldn't let me change the country to USA. Finally I saw at the top of the page it said that I needed to chance the "Delivery" if you are not sure where this is just keep an eye on "Delivery Will Call" and then you can switch from "Canada" to "USA". Hope this helps for those who are getting tickets today☺️

I would recommend being honest to Ticketmaster by stating that it is indeed your mother's credit card and asking them which ID they want. Or you can say the tickets were a gift from your mother.

The crazy thing is I got that same error code bs too for a good 6 mins straight especially when I kept trying to get Gold package... I was using the web browser on my iPad and I only had one tab open, but after 5 to 6 mins I was able to get sliver vip🙏🏾...

I got in after 30 minutes and it was crazy. The site asked me for my code and I put it in, but every time I attempted to get tickets it would ask me for my code again and then boot me out. My phone was so overwhelmed by the site that it shut itself off. I got back into the queue and luckily I was able to secure the tickets. We played the BTS song Run while the walking man was up lol, and we called him the running man instead hoping he would move faster. So happy for everyone who got tickets! :)

My ticketing experience was really easy. Was trying to get barricade, but i did not get it. Luckily though, i got a seat a few rows back from barricade, so I'm still pretty close. Also got vip silver package.
@@yuri-hq4tx ticketmaster sends them. you have to register on weverse and on ticketmaster, and then you’re on a waitlist until the day before the sales. if your get a code, great! but if you don’t, then ticketmaster has you wait for the general sale

LiaTOK don’t worry about it, you will get it at the venue just bring a government id issue such as your state id, driver’s license or passport AND the credit card that you used that match your id. So for instance if you bought it with your parents credit card then i think your parents have to be there physically either or u have to just bring your parents credit card BUT you should call ticketmaster to make sure

I bought 4 tickets for Dallas day 2 and all 4 are mobile tickets. Do I need to transfer the tickets to my friends individually for them to get in? Can I just meet them up in a group and show the tickets on my phone at the Gate for all 4 of us to get in? (It would be best if we all meet in a group and only I need to show the tickets on my phone instead of transferring them to my friends)

If u have got a link and code, jus log in using that link it wil take you to the concert that u registered for !! Then u ll c the countdown!! So one hour before the presale refresh your page every 5mins .. suddenly “join the waiting room” option wil appear.. click on that and don’t refresh ur page at al hereafter.. it wil automatically take you to the queue once the presale begins.. then once it’s ur chance to buy tickets it wil ask u for the code .. then that’s it u r good to go, finish al the steps!! i'm honestly shook at how so many people have had a difficult time securing tickets yesterday. 😱 mine was surprisingly quick (i'm going to rosebowl day one). i had to make up some bs excuse to get off work early, but i still got home at about 2-ish. but my dumbass self didn't go to the link that ticketmaster texted me ahskaka. i forgot. by the time i realized my mistake, it was already past 2:30. and when the timer got to zero, it took a full minute before it refreshed and redirected me to the queue, which was SUPER fast. i only got the message that "one person is in front of you", and i was in! i already knew which seats i wanted, so i just clicked and BAM, i got them. barricade and soundcheck. 😭 it took me less than ten minutes, i'm sure. i think i was legit one of the few people who got in really early, because i remember that so many vip seats were literally still available. i HIGHLY recommend using a laptop! i hope everyone will be able to get a ticket, more or less. it's honestly worth it, no matter which seat you're in. ✨
Hey army I have a question for anyone that got floor + silver soundcheck. Are all of those tickets will call? Or was there another option to get the tickets like through your phone or e-tickets? I clicked everything so fast that I didn’t realize i had pressed will call. The will call policy says that you get the tickets like an hour before the show starts but would’nt you need them earlier for soundcheck? If anyone can explain it to me because I’ve never had soundcheck before that would be awesome🥺
Lemme tell you I had an off day too. The sale opens at 3pm but I usually had to pick up someone at 3pm. The morning started with a bad storm and a tornado watch and I was worried my internet to be down after I signed up for pre-sale and got a code. Luckily, the internet was okay had computer issues so I had to reboot at 2:45pm. Then Logged in about 3:05p and it said 200+ ppl were in front and it was slowly moving so I left the screen on and did my pickup and came back 1 hr later (it let me in 45min after. VIP Tix all gone, no floor and most of the close seating) Then I looked for seats and as soon as I chose, the site said the seats weren't available anymore. Re-looked + chose new ones and went to check out. As soon as I hit buy, the system gave me an error and booted me back into the queue. 😡😡😡 Only 2 ppl in front this time, waited another 15-20 min and chose and checked out as fast as I can. Annoying process but I got um!!!

I went through the membership presale yesterday and it was hell lmao. I was in the first queue for day 1 of Chicago for about 55 mins, and so was my mom. She got in before me and we went straight for gold vip, the first row of floor and they were gone. I was so pissed and we ended up getting section A5, which is a little nerve wracking since I'm short and I hope I can see. BUT, we also got tickets for day 2 in sec 131! I'm so excited despite this being incredibly stressful and exhausting. I'm very happy though!

About the issue getting tickets in another country it really happened to me last year, but I called Ticketmaster and they told me that the app just accept the payment when you have the same billing address from the concert’s county, but you can get the tickets in a laptop or computer. I don’t know if it’s the same this year ☹️

Hey I had a quick question. If my parent bought soundcheck tickets for me and my sister on their Ticketmaster account with their credit card. On the day of the concert would they have to be attending the concert for me and my sister to be able to go or can they pick up the tickets (cause I know you need ID) and give them to me and my sister to get in to the concert but the parent won’t be going in with us

I got into the membership presale first 5 minutes, but whenever I tried to buy 2 soundcheck tickets, it said an error code too. Guys ticketmaster said they blocked out some floor seats so it looked "sold out" so they can save floor seats for everyone to get a chance. I'm not sure if it was for everyone but that's what Ticketmaster said.
Yeah they also lied 27472827 times throughout this process. Fans took screenshot when they entered and it was around 30ish seats saved in my opinion

Every seat at a BTS concert is a GREAT seat!! I’ve been up close, in the middle and at the very top, and honesty it’s so fun! No matter which seat you get it will be wonderful!! So it’s okay that you didn’t get the seats you wanted bc ANY seat is great!❤️

I got a army membership presale code yesterday and it really made my ticketing experience so much easier. I got in after 30 minutes and got the section I wanted right away. I’m so happy and happy for everyone else who got tickets! I’m sure it was much harder for everyone who tried getting floor seats/soundcheck though, based on your ticketing story 😭 but everyone who got tickets today truly deserved them.

My experience was so easy and I think it was because I was purchasing tickets for Orlando rather than MetLife or Rose bowl. But, I got vip silver package in section 7 which is right on the stage. I didn't get the ticket I wanted because everything said taken. So I went to a one of the sections I had as a back up (section 7) and clicked on a seat somewhere in the middle and it turned out to be open so I purchased that one. I went back in to look at how many were left and everything was taken. Honestly if you find a ticket in floor that is close to where u wanted to go and it says open just purchase it because they see out so quickly. Good luck everyone !!!

I had the same rough day as you. I was unable to even attempt to get floor seats for Dallas by the time I got to the site. I was in the queue for like 30 minutes. By then all the VIP were gone. I did manage to snag a seat though on the lower floor area opposite from the catwalk. It wasn't the seat that I wanted but at least I'm finally going to get to see BTS in concert.

Awe, I am so sorry you had to go through that. I got floor tickets for LA Day 1 (this is the first time I was able to purchase floor for BTS and I was super excited!) When The queue redirected it kept saying 0 0 0 on the countdown and finally it put me in the queue and it said 2,000+ and I wanted to give up all hope. Once I finally got in most, if not almost all floor was gone! I was literally FIGHTING people for the slim tickets left on floor, I didn't get the message saying, "Someone beat you to that ticket" but saying I had to buy a ticket with that ticket or something and I am like bruh I just need one ticket! AND FINALLY I clicked on a seat in sec A1 row 13 seat 20 it took me to the checkout and I was in the process to place my order. And it kept saying "we will redirect you in less than 1 min" and it kept reloading and I was like wtf and IT FINALLY POPPED UP SAYING I GOT THE TICKETS AND I WAS FREAKING OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF CLASS AND THE GIRL NEXT TO ME WAS LIKE YOU GOOD AND I AM LIKE MIND YO BUSINESS HAHA but yeah I am so happy. This is probably the smoothest I have ever purchased BTS tickets. I know it was rough but just try to be happy you got tickets and you'll be able to see the boys! Congratulations ( I literally waited in the queue for like 45 min until I got in the room)

Get a seat that is exactly the first row in the stands towards the side of the stage. It is just above floor but nobody will be standing in front of you. That's what I got and even though I wanted barricade I will still have a good view.

I was close to getting a soundcheck ticket, unfortuantely i didnt realize that for some reason ticketmaster added TWO soundcheck tickets instead of one. By the time i noticed i was already in checkout and couldnt drop the second ticket. But i dont have that kind of money. So i had to give them up and go back to the line. I ended up getting a normal ticket though, so im still happy!
It was the opposite for me... I wanted two tickets but I guess the second click didn't register? Either the website or the browser was lagging. I still got the section I wanted but farther back. But this will be my first BTS concert so I'm just happy I'm going!

You can still buy for Toronto with a US card! I had the same issue, I was so stressed out and it wouldn't let me change the country to USA. Finally I saw at the top of the page it said that I needed to chance the "Delivery" if you are not sure where this is just keep an eye on "Delivery Will Call" and then you can switch from "Canada" to "USA". Hope this helps for those who are getting tickets today☺️

I have a question I bought a ticket using my moms credit card cause I don’t have one but it’s on my ticket master account and I have a will call and it says you need ID; do I need my moms ID or can I use mine because it’s under my account.
You'll have to use her ID. Even though it's under your account, it is bought in her name. Otherwise they'll think you took someone's card.
I would recommend being honest to Ticketmaster by stating that it is indeed your mother's credit card and asking them which ID they want. Or you can say the tickets were a gift from your mother.

I got in after 30 minutes and it was crazy. The site asked me for my code and I put it in, but every time I attempted to get tickets it would ask me for my code again and then boot me out. My phone was so overwhelmed by the site that it shut itself off. I got back into the queue and luckily I was able to secure the tickets. We played the BTS song Run while the walking man was up lol, and we called him the running man instead hoping he would move faster. So happy for everyone who got tickets! :)

LiaTOK don’t worry about it, you will get it at the venue just bring a government id issue such as your state id, driver’s license or passport AND the credit card that you used that match your id. So for instance if you bought it with your parents credit card then i think your parents have to be there physically either or u have to just bring your parents credit card BUT you should call ticketmaster to make sure

Sorry I have some questions and would really appreciated if you can help me. This is my first time going to a BTS concert and buying tickets on Ticketmaster. I bought 4 tickets for Dallas day 2 and all 4 are mobile tickets. Do I need to transfer the tickets to my friends individually for them to get in? Can I just meet them up in a group and show the tickets on my phone at the Gate for all 4 of us to get in? (It would be best if we all meet in a group and only I need to show the tickets on my phone instead of transferring them to my friends)

If u have got a link and code, jus log in using that link it wil take you to the concert that u registered for !! Then u ll c the countdown!! So one hour before the presale refresh your page every 5mins .. suddenly “join the waiting room” option wil appear.. click on that and don’t refresh ur page at al hereafter.. it wil automatically take you to the queue once the presale begins.. then once it’s ur chance to buy tickets it wil ask u for the code .. then that’s it u r good to go, finish al the steps!! i'm honestly shook at how so many people have had a difficult time securing tickets yesterday. 😱 mine was surprisingly quick (i'm going to rosebowl day one). i had to make up some bs excuse to get off work early, but i still got home at about 2-ish. but my dumbass self didn't go to the link that ticketmaster texted me ahskaka. i forgot. by the time i realized my mistake, it was already past 2:30. and when the timer got to zero, it took a full minute before it refreshed and redirected me to the queue, which was SUPER fast. i only got the message that "one person is in front of you", and i was in! i already knew which seats i wanted, so i just clicked and BAM, i got them. barricade and soundcheck. 😭 it took me less than ten minutes, i'm sure. i think i was legit one of the few people who got in really early, because i remember that so many vip seats were literally still available. i HIGHLY recommend using a laptop! i hope everyone will be able to get a ticket, more or less. it's honestly worth it, no matter which seat you're in. ✨

Hey army I have a question for anyone that got floor + silver soundcheck. Are all of those tickets will call? Or was there another option to get the tickets like through your phone or e-tickets? I clicked everything so fast that I didn’t realize i had pressed will call. The will call policy says that you get the tickets like an hour before the show starts but would’nt you need them earlier for soundcheck? If anyone can explain it to me because I’ve never had soundcheck before that would be awesome🥺
Ticketmaster clowned me and I ended up getting a code!!! I was able to get floor seats and VIP!!!
Lemme tell you I had an off day too. The sale opens at 3pm but I usually had to pick up someone at 3pm. The morning started with a bad storm and a tornado watch and I was worried my internet to be down after I signed up for pre-sale and got a code. Luckily, the internet was okay had computer issues so I had to reboot at 2:45pm. Then Logged in about 3:05p and it said 200+ ppl were in front and it was slowly moving so I left the screen on and did my pickup and came back 1 hr later (it let me in 45min after. VIP Tix all gone, no floor and most of the close seating) Then I looked for seats and as soon as I chose, the site said the seats weren't available anymore. Re-looked + chose new ones and went to check out. As soon as I hit buy, the system gave me an error and booted me back into the queue. 😡😡😡 Only 2 ppl in front this time, waited another 15-20 min and chose and checked out as fast as I can. Annoying process but I got um!!!
Oh hell I got my presale code for today’s sale and I’m not even tryna get floor seats (not in my budget) and I’m NERVOUS NERVOUS AHSHSJSH

American Express is different tho. Theres more loop holes with them than a normal visa

I went through the membership presale yesterday and it was hell lmao. I was in the first queue for day 1 of Chicago for about 55 mins, and so was my mom. She got in before me and we went straight for gold vip, the first row of floor and they were gone. I was so pissed and we ended up getting section A5, which is a little nerve wracking since I'm short and I hope I can see. BUT, we also got tickets for day 2 in sec 131! I'm so excited despite this being incredibly stressful and exhausting. I'm very happy though!

It's my first time buying tickets on ticketmaster but when I bought the ticket I got an email confirmation I confirmed it but then when I checked my ticket it only says the info about it but I got confused cuz I got the mobile ticket and you need the barcode to enter the venue but mine doesnt show the barcode option....

About the issue getting tickets in another country it really happened to me last year, but I called Ticketmaster and they told me that the app just accept the payment when you have the same billing address from the concert’s county, but you can get the tickets in a laptop or computer. I don’t know if it’s the same this year ☹️

Hey I had a quick question. If my parent bought soundcheck tickets for me and my sister on their Ticketmaster account with their credit card. On the day of the concert would they have to be attending the concert for me and my sister to be able to go or can they pick up the tickets (cause I know you need ID) and give them to me and my sister to get in to the concert but the parent won’t be going in with us

I got into the membership presale first 5 minutes, but whenever I tried to buy 2 soundcheck tickets, it said an error code too. Something about too many seats, but even when I tried with one seat, it showed up. It ended up kicking me out so I had to wait another hour. In the end, I got floor seats without soundcheck for Dallas.
