And most of the time they dont even include the napkins, you have to ask for napkins so you can wipe your face after consuming all their junk.
What gets me mad when they charge you for salsa (I love it on the breakfast) and you get home and there is no salsa

not sure where in Canada he is, but charging for fast food bags is a stupid local law here in Edmonton Alberta. All fast food places are required to do it now because of some stupid environmental bylaw

Charging for a paper bag is criminal
They started out charging 25 cents for the bags when going through the drive-thru...I frosted them completely by supplying my own bags. Those quarters add up!
Nope. Polluting the environment and making it toxic to the health of others is actually a violation of everyone's right to live in a healthy and safe environment. Some provinces actually have that included in their provincial laws. And also, in America, in Montana for instance, a group of young people sued the Montana government for not taking action to stop pollution, and the judge ruled in favour of the young people.

The only time I buy the McCrispy is when I want to try something different than the Junior or McChicken, and I regret it everytime. Seasoning and chicken itself is 5x less tasty, yet it somehow costs more, so that hasn't changed.
Wow, you really like the McChicken more? Personally I find it just tastes like a big, flavorless chicken nugget. I guess there's a reason they keep it around, but I don't really get it.
@@BriBCG Junior chicken is the best. Not dry, well seasoned compared to the others. McChicken is decently seasoned, and not as dry. It's "good". McCrispy just tastes like a boring chicken breast with batter that has no seasoning. I've tried it maybe 3-4 times. Really lame, and the problem is that they put the regular amount of sauce for a patty that's at least twice thicker, so you barely taste it.

Wendy’s has better burgers and you get way more bang for your buck. I’m in Toronto and just ordered a 3/4lb triple cheeseburger for $11, and got $1 large fries for an extra $1 in their app deal. McDonald’s app deals are useless.

$0.25 for a bag! Mary browns just added a new item called the Big Pickler. Its a MB App exclusive secret menu item. They’ve added 8 pickles to the Big Mary and instead of mayo they paired it with ranch for $10.49 That’s $1.00 more for 7 slices of extra pickles 😂

The 25 cents for the bag is a new BC government law they put into place. It’s only for take out orders, if you go through the DT they can’t charge you.
They absolutely will charge you at the drive thru (or at least they are required by law to do so). Where this was already implemented in Metro Vancouver, they'll ask you if you want a bag or not. If you decline, they will hand you your food through the window, or put it on a tray for you to grab.
Many restaurants are inconsistent in their adherence, but rolling up in a car isn't an exception to the charge.

The regular McCrispy is "ok". Its the McChicken that has become a fricken joke, I am pretty certain they downsized it, its the smallest patty of mechanically formed meat chunk I've ever seen.

Also, I get if Mc'D ask you if you want a bag or not, but by default, they should 'always' give you the bag. So, to charge you for a bag, that's like saying Walmart should get a membership card 'just' to buy a 3$ chip bag. Ridiculous.
Provincial law in BC now requires a bag charge. They should ask instead of charging by default, but they can't just give you one for free.

Wanted to watch a review to see how it was, before I bought it. I was looking for spicy, so maybe not a good option, especially if the crispy jalapeños became soggy. Maybe it would be okay if habanero sauce was added? But the thing is, the habanero sauce might take away from all of the other flavours, unless you only put a tiny bit on it

There’s a new law in BC that grocery stores legally have to charge 25 cents for a paper bag and $2 for a reusable bag. Craziest law ever. I don’t think it applies to McDs tho. Smart on their part to take advantage of the confusion and make an extra 25 cents per order. That’s corporations for ya!
Nope, they're subject to the law too, just as they have been for some Metro Vancouver municipalities for a while now.

Ok so I got this yesterday , I had to pay 25 cent for the take out bag , it arrived on a dine in tray , I said it's to go , did u pay for the bag? I said yes!!! She left me a bag and expected me to pack it . Wtf . Should we start cooking our own food now too . Seems they can ever Barley do their jobs , we all gotta stop paying for coal. McDonald's usually gives the bag for free if you order through the app at the drive thru. Went to wendys today for the $1 large fries and a JBC and she tried to charge me for a bag, had to chuck the fries in the cupholder... just give me a bag ffs lol
When I order through the app at the drive thru, they ask at the speaker if I want a bag, and charge it if I do.
Not always, but usually. And I'm sure BC will be checking for compliance.

Not a fan of McDonalds McCrispy - instead the best things to get in McDonalds are the Sausage Egg McMuffin, Chicken McMuffin, Hashbrown, McDouble, Fudge Sundae for $2.00, Vanilla Cone. Thats about it. I dont much care for the other stuff.
The regular McCrispy is already a little too sweet imo, so adding a sweet and spicy sauce to it is unnecessary.
