Verizon NOC was such a headache, i took the layoff package voluntary. 🤯
NOC jobs have a high burnout rate thats why they hire new grads

Its just you are fixing broken networks. You are constantly having to fix things and it burns you out because it can get complex very easily. Hours of troubleshooting = high burnout rate.
My left year is worn out.

I done bcom, can I join as noc Engineer at age 28
Sure you can work in the a NOC without any degrees and only have a CCNA certification.
