Very beautiful (très beau).
1) This place is magic- the stone work, the quality of the spaces, the vineyards. 2) The interiors need a bit of freshening up but I can totally see yoga & Pilates retreats, peace retreats, family re unions, cooking and wine retreats. 3) that price is a bargain at twice the price.

Privacy is the most important part for me, privacy and security when I will buy my place. Money is no problem, but privacy always is. No tourists, no people coming by at all. No looking in. No people walking dogs, no people fishing, no hunters, no people at all. I can't say this place has total privacy and security. Too bad.
