Hello Kate. I absolutely love your awesome videos, tutorials and builds! I am trying to create your rounded pool and I am almost done but when I use the custom basement tool to try to get rid of the extra gaps above ground all it does it create little triangle basements under ground and the gaps are still there. Any idea of what I might be doing wrong?
FYI you can switch between S3 and S4 camera quick and easy by using CTRL+SHFT+TAB all at the same time and do the same thing to turn it off. This was useful to me because I do not like using the S3 camera for anything other than to rotate objects for things. Hope this helps someone!

Hey! Yes, this definitely works on console :) You might have to google the keys on your controller though! And no, you don't need Sims 3: There is a camera icon in the top right hand corner where you can switch between Sims 4 and Sims 3 camera. Basically Sims 4 added a new type of camera and they added the old one from Sims 3 for those who're used to it and want to use it. It's so much better for building and playing in my opinion since you have more freedom with the camera, you can even pan it up to the sky. The Sims 4 camera is more limited. :)
Recently i started playing sims 4 again, and i created some sort of story, where my sims couple has bought a previous dig site, where they want to build their home. So this means, the whole plot is sort of sunken into the ground. Now since there are round walls finally available in the game, i wanted to create some sort of castle, and with your help of these pool guide, i finally can create the perfect shape of pools that i needed in that castle! So thank you so much!

Hi! You have such amazing tutorials!🤩 I’m kinda new at this game, and I wanted to try this tutorial out, but when I search for «world» or «world lamp» nothing comes up.. 😅 I have typed in the four cheats, but nothing.. is there anything else I can try?😊
quick question: so when i type 'world' and press enter, it brings up the lighting section. idk if it's because i have organized debug (better build buy), but it's not working the same for me. any recommendations?
@@KateEmerald I wish I could post a picture! I have debug and live edit checked, as well as base game (since this is a base game tutorial), as well as organized debug, moveobjects on and ignore unlocks. am i missing one?

Thank you Kate for this tutorial it's helped alot! Just one question for you...when a downsized door is put in place with tool mod then open doors are placed instead are those doors lockable? Or what is the purpose for it? Hope l explained correctly. Thanks 😊
Hi Kate! Great video as always! If you hold down the shift key while placing any object, it makes it immediately duplicate upon placement (like lights and windows do by default). That way, you don't need to keep purchasing a bunch of columns and things all at once before you place them!
Hey! :) That's true but it sadly doesn't work for debug objects, since they can't be copied at all! I wish they could change this :( The only quick way is T.O.O.L. which I didn't use here to keep it mod free :)

Did you activate debug and liveedit in the better build buy filters? Check all the filters where you also find the pack filters. It should work then 💚
