My new settings are better than my old ones so i don’t need this but thank you for making the video for the people who want to migrate their settings 😄
Somehow failled to use the mod when i tried like a week ago so made a new offset in like an hour. Now im going to need to import my old one and see which is better lol
vrmode oculus doesn't "not work", quite the opposite. It's forced now, it automatically uses Oculus mode if you're on an Oculus headset. Entering "-vrmode oculus" is no longer necessary.
The game uses the default OpenXR runtime now. To change the default runtime to the oculus client you can Open the oculus app -> settings -> general -> set default (this button will be grayed out if it is already the default if you ever want to change it back to Steam VR you can Open Steam VR (you don't need your headset connected) -> Click the more menu (sometimes called a hamburger menu) -> settings -> set Steam VR as the OpenXR runtime (this button won't exist if it's already the default)
this also means you can bypass steamvr when using virtual desktop to remove that extra bit of latency and processing power going into steamvr and just use VDXR natively
@noam15A also, I was talking about putting different custom trails on other sabers. I know you can change the width and length of the trail that comes on the saber.
1.29.1 my beloved, we will miss you

this video was a lifesaver thank you so much
Holy shit I couldn’t be more thankful and exited at the same time

THANK YOU NOAM
I tried the new version, but my performance is really bad for some reason
Same for me. Noticing a lot more tracking errors too
@@jimarth3536 not tracking, but there just too many bugs ive found that make it unusable
Is there a way to bypass steamvr for oculus players now that vrmode oculus doesn't work?

@amelia_imvfmoe I didn't know this, that's awesome
there isn't a new saber factory is there
There is, it's called CustomSabersLite
@noam15A you can't change trails tho or the width of the saber
@@landonnunez2850 That is straight up wrong. Changing the thickness of the saber is a new feature but editing trails has been a feature for months.
@noam15A, if you don't mind, can you explain how to do it? Sorry, I'm not trying to be a hater. I just couldn't figure it out.
@noam15A also, I was talking about putting different custom trails on other sabers. I know you can change the width and length of the trail that comes on the saber.
only do this if you already have truly perfect settings. otherwise just make better ones
I have bad settings but I'm just too used to them lol
Stop using 1.29.1? Nah, y’all better stop using the latest version and come back to 1.29.2, we got all the mods here and we’re thriving
How about no 😎
