Her fiancé told her he felt she needed to do another pop album after that stadium tour. She also said it was her first tour in a LONG time without pain (fibromyalgia)And I felt the same when I saw it in LA. She filmed that show and it's now on hbo max! There's also a surprise preview of the next album in a place you wouldn't expect. I think it's the perfect bridge between the last era and the new one. You should definitely react to it!! It's a must watch!

My interpretation is the dark figure is death always near by, and Gaga is scared of it at first, then we see that Gaga is fighting herself (mental and physical health struggles), the dark figure then comes and hugs her almost as a relief (the “cure”), but she scapes it again as she don’t wanna die even if it means struggling
