Whoops...... the section of the video that shows the V-berth is a Ranger 29 classic or the Ranger 31. Head door is on the port side and there is shelving extending rearwards from the head board, dead giveaway. The CW30 has a curved head door to Starboard with a Cherry hanging locker to Port.
One thing I never understand about these boats in this power cruiser class (ones made for short handed or couples cruising) thye never have amenities for fishing. Now I realize its not a fishing boat but I just feel every boat should at least have an option for a live well a couple rod holders and a fish box, I mean doesn't it make sense to try to fish for food to save money and to have the enjoyment of catching/cooking your own food. Now a live well may not be necessary frozen bait on long journeys makes more sense but a few rod holders and a space for a fish box wouldn't take much. This is a great boat too !
Hi David, the C-30 does come with two rod holders and a factory option to add a rocket launcher. We have folks that fish the heck outta these boats, however, if you're more geared towards fishing, have you checked out the Cutwater C-302 Coupe and Sport Coupe variants? They boast twin 300HP Yamaha Outboards, a bait-well, a fish box, and even an electric grill in the cockpit to cook up your catch while it's still fresh! Check it out here... www.pocketyachtco.com/new-boat-showrooms/cutwater/2019-cutwater-c-302-coupe-6850464/
Grady Whites are beautifully built boats, have had that reputation for years. They are quite pricey, though. You get what you pay for. 😊 I grew up boating and have a 15' Boston Whaler. I'm impressed with the Cutwater, had seen one at my father's marina that caught my eye. I'm a seasoned boater, but my husband is not. I think this would be a great weekender to enjoy living on the water, but if you're into fishing, I believe Cutwater also has a walk around you may like to look into. Be safe! Have fun, that's what it's all about! 😊
Today the Cutwater 30 Sedan Factory Direct Price is $374,937. To check the most up to date price visit: www.cutwaterboats.com/models/model-category/c-30-s/
Thank you for your feedback, Frowning Angel! Some people take these boats on the Great Loop or up and down the ICW. Passagemaker Magazine is a great partner and magazine.
I don't think I've ever seen such a poorly made advert with the most cheesey of music, nice boat though reminds me more of a caravan on the inside though

Bayliner came up with these concepts a long time ago with boats like the 2556.
Very good point, Stephen! Our designer Dave Livingston designed Bayliner boats back in the day.

Pretty obvious that this boat and the Ranger Tug are cousins. But they're both nice weekend boats.
Thank you, Eric!
I'm new to boating but I think a great weekender/fishing boat is the Grady White 370 Express

What ?? did I hear him say a top end speed of ONLY .... 20.8 knots... at 3200 RPM ? and 15 GPH fuel burn. with a 370 hp Volvo Diesel ? Must be wrong ?
It’s fishing but it’s not it’s cruising but it’s not?
Mike, we call it the Swiss Army knife of boats. It can do many things well.
This boat is trailerable
Yes, it has a 10’ beam so it is Trailerable with a permit
Well done
Why thank you!
Nice boat, but really doesn't meet my definition of a "Passagemaker."
