Oh my gosh! Firefly Lane was, hands down, my favorite read last year! I could not put it down and SOBBED when I finished it at 3 am! You'll love and hate the characters but it is such a beautiful story of lifelong friendship! It's definitely one of my top-tier, favorite reads of all time!

I was going to suggest the same thing. The majority of my books were thrifted. It's so much fun hitting up all sorts of thrift stores, garage sales, and little shopping sections within local libraries
