Ryno,
Meet u at Loretta’s 1990- 250A and I Open Pro Sport. 1991 Became a Elem teacher and HS BBall coach. Recently retired -27 years. I have guys NFL, Euro league, MLB! Around the best coaches in America. All you say is the same for all former high athletic achievers. Bottomline - man up, carry the load, no crutches aloud! Gods plan for man- beast of burden dude.
I think a lot of people needed to hear that out loud!!!
Your a good man Ryan. I appreciate the advice you always give brother 👊🏻😎
Your wise insight is only a glimpse into your brilliance !!! Stay vigilant
Thanks mate for all you do and say, you're helping so many people, in so many ways! Much love from Australia. 😊😊😊
Cool input - thanks for sharing! 👍
Yo Ryno much respect bro I feel that I digg it man there’s real power Grace and presence in really recognizing all the subtle ways that we don’t actually deal with how we react to things that haunt us. I’m a Temecula MX kid from 80s-90s always looked up to you and love to see how you evolve in humility and real adulthood. It’s downright touching man please know you’re making a meaningful contribution to myself and others I know.
100% Ryno. God bless
Thank you Ryan❤🙏🏼

We’re all just trying to improve until our last day.

Well said.
right on man i needed to hear this.
Love this Ryno. This world is oversaturated with emotional band aides that are way too easy to reach for. Technology, drugs, alcohol whatever. Anything and everything to avoid having to deal with your own shit.
Love some Hughes philosophy! You have to deal with your problems, not chuck them in a bottle, and expect things to be ok.
Love ya Brother ❤ 💪👊
..It's like hitting that quad for the first time
So true
Going thru the big D … kids took sides, I was really physically sick from a 40 years undiagnosed stomach illness … sooo much anger at my and the current social political system and lies ..my wife influenced teenagers, were torn… So I have mental illness now and one of my helps is looking at the hurt and letting it go .. Thanks for the share Ryno !
Bro, I'm trying to get a hold of Michael Ray Craig, we go way back from Palm in San Diego. And then to the wack shack next to the Sports Arena. You hear me?
Going through some heavy stuff right now. It's not easy.
Why did the video end like that?! There’s definitely more!!!

Letting go the pathway to surrender david r hawkins
Thank you for sharing this Ryan!! I know that Jesus Christ is the only way, truth and life.
Yeah we live in a fallen world. Most people can’t wrap their heads around that. Jesus is the Truth the way and the light. This world isn’t what we think.
You know what the definition of insanity is? Doing the same thing and expecting a different result. You're in the public eye talking all these moralistic opinions and often your behavior also documented in the public eye conflicts with what you preach. When we live in an echo chamber it's hard to break free of our own bullshit. You're on a Mary go round my friend, and all these ass kissers bolwing smoke up your ass and sharing there feelings is a sign of the decline of man's position in this world. Best of luck and I wouldn't share this opinion of mine if I couldn't relate.
Funny how this guy tries to act like the messiah, when in reality he needs to see s shrink badly.
I have an anxiety disorder, which causes panic attacks. I learned a long time ago, I'm in control. When I felt one coming on, I would have to slow my breathing down, slow my heart down. I haven't had one in years because I faced my problem.
Congratulations on facing the challenge instead of using it as an excuse like a lot of people do.
