Flyer forward Scott Laughton was mic’d up during the game, on the bench, and while visiting special guests in celebration of the Flyers 2024 Pride Game.
There's a lot of hate for LGBTQIA people like me/those of us who are that way in the hockey community so seeing Laughton do this really touched me. He and JVR have been outspoken about their support and just a word for you haters out there- A great musical artist and a great man out there by the name of John Lennon once said "All You Need Is Love." Hate is never gonna win the game and we will stand united against it- we're a fortress and you can't knock that fortress down with your ignorance. Thank you Mr. Laughton right on Sir John Lennon.
