📍A proposed 15-storey Startups Complex will be built in front of SM Downtown at a project cost of 3.7 billion pesos. The funding for this project will be provided by the Asian Development Bank through the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP).
