Looks good. But pricey for a one bedroom. We pay $1025 for a two bedroom two bathroom apartment in the Memphis area. But the indoor pool is a bonus.

I like it i was sold when i saw the pools i love that tub it's perfect to just sit in and relax i love the walk in closet and storage space what is the price on this apartment? Will you be taking it?

I'm glad you cleared that up because I was wondering whats toilet tissue doing in the bathroom no one is living in yet. LOL! To tell you the truth that no disrespect the only thing I liked was how big the bathtub was. Seems very small in my opinion but I'm not sure what the going price for that apartment is. Just don't want you to be paying for a gym membership with pools if you know what I mean. Just my opinion. The price of it would make all the difference in the world to me otherwise it's nice.
Adrienne M J no disrespect taken it is a small apartment but very nice. i know if i keep looking i can find a larger apartment with updates. girl because im trying to save coins but updates as well. The apartment is small, but as you said, you don't need much space. You're going to get what you pay for, and it is worth the price that they're asking for. The beautiful area, the swimming pool room, the weight room, the movie room, the pool table room, and the area to where you could wash your car. Do you know how many birds you could kill with one stone? You won't have to leave the building to get done as many things that you may be to tired to go out to do. There are many pluses for this one, but keep looking because one thing, it may be to far from mom, and you and your mother are very close. There's nothing like having your mother.
Belinda Toomer Girl the amenities are amazing but I know if i do a little bit more looking I can find something nicer with updates and bigger it is really far from my momma and i want to stay a little closer to her I am going to continue keep looking and know I am going to take you all on this journey with me.

Please re-visit the apartment and check everything running water hot and cold heat and cracks in the wall if any leaking comes down from the ceilings moisture mold everything girl. Listen to her when she said things are not ready yet write down what those things are and make sure they're right before you move in I'm just saying. Be smart about it I'm just trying to help you out
Adrienne M J I am not made my final decision yet but believe me sis when I do i will go view the apartment several more times before I sign a lease. the apartment she showed me in this video what not the unit that I would be living in it was actually a unit that someone else would be living in she just showed it to me.
