I did what you advised me to do with regards to inquiry on transunion but apparently their service is not free of charge. And they require you to pay a certain amount same as with the credit investigation bureau inc. I do not know if this service charge is just a new policy on their end or if the video is a misinforming the viewers. I am just sharing this on my part and I hope you will not be offended.

Hi! It also covers auto loan and housing loan from banks. Although it does not include subscription or payment history from telcos. I think CIC is more extensive when it comes to credit history since its a government agency.:)
All this time, max out ako, and advance payment kasi kala ko auto increase pag marame purchase. Yun pala the other way around. Sayang lng effort ko

Great information Chris. However, my Filipina wife has never had credit until she came to America. She has good credit here, but does not have any credit in the Philippines. Would that be an issue with her getting a home or land loan?
Hi Leonard, it can be an issue since there's no credit history yet in the Philippines, but there are clients who would bring print out of their credit report from another country as reference.

Credit score? I don't know...In the Southern Philippines, it is still cash only. Most are unbanked. There your credit score doesn't mean much. What good is credit if only major malls take it. All that matters is cold hard cash, gold and silver.

Yes any type of credit po, as long as the creditor is affiliated with the credit bureau.

Whats the best credit score standing on CIC to be most likely approved on house loans both pag ibig and bank loans? Is it starting on medium risk level is okay?
I think medium risk is fine, it may affect how high your loanable amount will be.

Hi Jennylyn, yes you may do so, but you might want to check directly with your bank of choice first. The interest rate may be different if your co borrower is a foreigner. And yes, you avail another loan even in Pag-IBIG as long as your income is big enough to qualify.:)

Actually the required income for pagibig is 32k. And my current salary is ranging from 35k to 40k only.
That's why I want to make my soon husband a coborrower on our first investment condo, if ever Pagibig will ask me about my current situation to my first homeloan that's on a bank. I still have 20 months before my application will be submit through pagibig. And maybe on that time since I learned from your content paying your 'Principal in advance is applicable' on banks. Hi! I think you need to build your credit first to have a credit report and credit score. If you have a postpaid contract or utility bills under your name, it may count, but might be too limited to measure your score.
