Thank you Father for yet another beautiful and informative talk. Years ago when I was a student nurse, I worked in a Catholic hospital with a neonatal nurse who told me if an infant came to her right after birth that seemingly would not survive she would baptize the infant without asking. She told me she didn't think it would hurt even if the family was not Catholic. If later when the infant had died and the family asked, she could say she baptized the infant before he died. It certainly made sense to me, and it sounds as though it was a good thing to do.
It used to be in America any baby that was in danger of Death a Nurse or a Doctor had to baptise them if no Priest was there. We also had the Blue laws everything was closed on Sunday except Hospitals. Fire Departments and Police Departments were open. We were a Christian Nation!!! This though is the end of times. The Warning will be soon ,I hope sooner then later~ I wouldn't listen to anything the CCCB has to say, most don't believe in Hell, Angels, or the Devil~!
19:00 Thank you for this. We had our beautiful newborn son on ECMO life support because of a heart defect/operation and he was unable to recover. We were told the best thing to do was to let him go because his organs were starting to fail. My God, that was the most difficult thing I have ever done. It brings me peace to hear this. I was able to baptize my son the last day he was with us. Previous to this, I also had a stillborn baby girl and we baptized her after she was born. I didn't practice my faith back then but I'm blessed that God moved my heart to baptize them.
Father Chris, this is Shirley Watts from India.I want you to know that I love every talk of yours it's so inspiring I even forward it to my Parish Priest and he loves it too.God bless you Father 🙏 and keep up the great work.
Thank you for this important information. I write this account as the daughter of my father who is a GP (and the father of two Tyburn Nuns- one of whom is Mother Superior to the order). He is a devout Catholic. He visited one of his patients who was in the Emergency Room. His patient was restless, yelling and had a look of terror on his face when he was periodically lucid. He seemed to be yelling at the air all around him and yelling '"Go away! Go away!" waving his arms about. My father knew that he was under spiritual attack - and immediately sat by his bedside and started saying the Divine Mercy Chaplet. My dad is a GP - so for him to choose prayer over medicine is what I found remarkable! As he progressed with the chaplet - his patient became more calm and eventually fell asleep. The following week - his patient came to visit at his surgery. He said that he had seen black figures all around him , it was terrifying as they seemed to be ''waiting" for him and were mocking him, darting around his bedside - invisible to all others. When my father started saying the chaplet - he said they disappeared. This was coming from a man who is not Catholic. It had a profound impact on his life from there on. I myself am a registered nurse - having worked as a nurse specialist in a cardiac ward. I can say that I have resuscitated people with my own hands who have come back from death - one in particular returned to life with a look of absolute terror in his eyes for a breif moment... and at that moment I said prayers. He died right then. Thank you Father for this talk. It really is needed. Hospitals are full of death.. and many souls remain (as I have seen during nightduty)... I believe they're asking for prayers. In hindsight - I really wish my faith had been so much stronger as I realise now that prayers for patients in the hospital are really vital. God Bless you!
Wow, Jacqueline... Oh my, that is the power of the Divine Mercy Chaplet and it underscores the importance and need for us to keep praying for the dying.

My brother had severe autism. He had the bran mentality of a 6yo. He just past away 2 years ago at the age of 24 years old. That was the worst pain I have ever felt in my entire life. He brought a love to our family that was so special and so innocent. When he passed it felt like a piece of my soul was ripped out. I never thought of him as having special needs. I always thought if him as my own child. I was destroyed from the inside. But the night before his funeral I was sitting up in my bed and then I saw my baby brother Sergio standing at my bedroom door. I looked at him and he gave me a huge smile and walked out towards my hallway into the brightest white light I have ever seen. I some how immediately knew he was going to heaven and that he was going to be safe. I then woke up and felt such overwhelming emotions. Sadness mixed with love and relief. I believe God allowed him to visit me before he went to heaven to help ease the pain. As soon as I woke up I started balling my eyes out and after I felt SOOO much better. I some how knew his body and brain was going to be healed and he gets to finally enjoy life with Jesus. 😢🙏💙❤️🙏
Suffering isn’t only beneficial to the soul of the afflicted, but also for those blessed to witness it. I’m a Hospice RN, and have taken care of 100’s of “Millies” ... so many families just put their family members in facilities and move on with their busy lives - they tell me they’ve “said their goodbyes”, and that I don’t need to bother with updating them each visit. Thank you for this timely lesson 🙏🏻
Praying for the dying is very powerful. "Go to Jesus my darling "is what I said as my Philippa took her last breath. Nine months later she told me in a dream "Come Mum I very happy there. I once had a patient who has been in coma (Hospice/comfort care only/DNR status) and was in his last moments - dying of pancreatic cancer that has metastasized. His mother was called, she arrived and stayed at his bedside. It wasn’t a busy night, I silently prayed the Divine Mercy Chaplet in my mind for the patient, the patient was a Christian. Suddenly he started breathing heavily and jumped up in a kneeling position and raised his arms up and looked to the ceiling saying in a calm voice and a happy face “My God, my God”, and he passed out and died. His mother was shocked, I was shocked but it strengthened my faith. When sometimes I question or become unsure of heaven, creation etc. I always remember that incident.
Thank you Fr Chris for this teaching. On Oct 14, 2021, my husband had 2 strokes that left him brain dead. The only thing keeping him breathing was the ventilator he was hooked up to. I had Clyde disconnected because there was no hope of recovery. I sat with Clyde holding his hand and praying as it took 3-5 minutes for his heart to stop beating. It is a blessing to me to hear you say that it wasn't an act of euthanasia. I have been troubled about that, that I had committed a grave sin.
Hi Father Chris. You TEACH AND EXPLAIN SO SUPERBLY! You take me into a deeper understanding of our faith and our existence. Please always take good care and rest well. I Thank God for the rest he gives us and the Blessing you are in our lives!! GOD BLESS YOU FOREVER!!

My daughter who died last year after an extended severe illness lived her life with great suffering. She also made a huge positive impact on many people, and saved many from suicide because of her ability to connect with their suffering. Her loving spirit, personality, wisdom and intelligence changed many lives, including our son’s. She was a very important part of the key to his healing. I’ve written about his story here and there in other comments. He should have been beyond all help (he was that damaged), but all things are possible with God. We pray for miracles, but we don’t ever really know how God will accomplish them. My daughter was but one element. I know that her suffering wore heavily on her. We talked about it a lot. She wanted to die even in her 20’s. Thank God there was no mechanism in place to make this easy or accepted. If there had been...if she hadn’t lived to be 34, she would never have been reconciled to her brother (at age 32) or served as an important key to his deliverance. There is a purpose in all things. We just can’t always see it. There are worse things than suffering and death. It MATTERS how you live because it MATTERS where and how you and everyone else spends eternity. In a sense, I think, no one gets to Heaven alone. Yes, we get there by God’s Grace. But we also get there by living lives of sacrifice, love and concern for others. In many cases, no one understands this better than those who suffer the most...or are gifted with the opportunity to minister to them. Anyone who has studied Saints even a little would notice the connection between suffering and sainthood. Suffering isn’t a curse, but an opportunity for greater holiness...not just for one, but for untold numbers. People who suffer touch others in ways that transform. No doubt this is why the Devil would rather their lives were ended prematurely. I can’t say how supremely important it is that this NOT happen. Their lives are precious, special and needed... never more than now...and THAT’S coming from a mom who watched her own child suffer from birth until her death at age 34. Her suffering and death both broke me like nothing else could, but also allowed for my own transformation. It gave me a connection to the Blessed Mother and Jesus I could never have otherwise had. Insight into Mary’s suffering led me straight to into the arms of her Son. Sharing this with my husband did the same for him. It’s why we returned to the church despite our intent not to. Sorry to be so long. It’s important to understand that suffering has a purpose, even when it’s the suffering of a child.
@@dasan9178 Amen, Amen! I really appreciate everything you said and I'm so sorry your daughter suffered for so long as she did. Like you said, I think all suffering is a call to Love More deeply, and see all of God's creation through His eyes. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you Father for this important presentation. Three years ago, my husband was diagnosed with a very rare metastatic small cell prostate cancer. He also had kidney failure. He went through 10 weeks of a very strong chemotherapy. Then 5 weeks of radiation. All the while, he was on very strong mediations to slow down the progress of the ravenous disease. We spent those months together, visiting family and friends. We made the most of the time we had left. My husband’s body had the Cancer but we had “the Cancer” together. Seven months after diagnosis, my husband told his doctor that he did not want to take the medication any longer. Four days later, my husband went HOME. My prayers throughout this process were for “a happy/ peaceful” death. HE heard my prayers and John simply went to sleep🙏🏻✝️🙏🏻✝️🙏🏻

After his family gone only my self and him inside his bed side room, I have divine mercy chaplet in my pocket. I hold his hand and I started to pray. After i finished my prayer to him. I went home because I finished my work. I know he won’t be long he’s going I can see his breathing. And one of the Nures talking he is going soon too. Guess what? He’s still alive next day and he’s eating too. I’m so happy to the divine mercy he answered my prayers to him.🙏🙏🙏thank you father for your teaching.I learn a lot from you.
Thank you for this presentation. This topic weighs heavy on me. After a 5 year journey of my husband trying to heal after a traumatic brain injury, he fell and went into a coma that the doctors could not reverse. He could not receive food through a regular tube but would require a j-tube. Even though he had let the family know he did not want any more surgeries, it was so hard....
Instead of assisting children with suicide, authorities should bd stopping bullying or dealing with the problem. Children are vulnerable and impressionable and we all need to fight back against this. Don’t vote for any politician who thinks it’s ok to kill babies, children, or the most vulnerable in society.

My father died in November 2004. I was with him. He was in a coma. I said to him “Dad let say the Our Father and Hail Mary”. By the time we finished he had gone very peacefully. I didn’t know about the Divine Mercy back then. The souls in purgatory are always on my mind.
My mother passed in Nov 04 as well. She had been very agitated after she fell into a coma. We held hands with her and said prayers and she was peaceful and comfortable from that moment on until she passed
You can still pray for him now because God lives in eternal present and is rich in.mercy. Jesus knows the.prayers that will be said for the soul to the end of time. This was told by St.Pio to his physician. The physician asked.Fr. Pio who he was. praying for and he said my.grandfathet. The physician said your grandfather died years ago and you told me he was in heaven. St. Pio said yes he is in heaven because of the prayers I am saying now.

A special need person, especially the inocent, are powerful warriors. God is suffering in their bodies, a suffering that is most accompanied by joy. These are the ones that can teach us so much. They are smiling even in the mydst of suffering. And so they are like palpitating holocausts to the Lord. I tell you that they have a reason to live in this life. If not for them, the second coming would have already happened a long time ago. We must be thankful that they exist. Euthanizing one of them is like running your car out of fuel.

Yes, in the case of death it is allowed. Thank you for sharing.
That's awesome.
J W yes a. Wonderful thing to do. God. Will love you for it.
What a kind and thoughtful action to take for innocents. She is like an undercover agent with the license of Holy Spirit.

Good morning Fr.Chris Alar! Love watching you and listening to all your talks !
Thank you for this important information. As a doctor, a son, and a husband, I have experienced 3 family deaths in 4 months and I have witnessed the confusion and conflict within healthcare surrogates. Your presentation brings clarity and peace for those struggling to make these difficult choices. God bless

Hi
You are in a truly privileged position to be able to pray for souls at the moment of their end of lives. Keep praying for them and great will be your rewards in heaven. Those souls you have saved will be praying for you too at the hour of your needs. God bless you always. 🙏🙏🙏😇😇😇

I haven’t miss a single topic of your talks so far. I learned a lot to enrich my Catholic faith. Even your old talks I’ve listened to it all. All the Marian fathers, I love you so much. I just cannot get enough of you, Fr. Mike Gaitley and Fr. Don Calloway
Thank you Linda for joining us and God bless you. We appreciate you being a part of our Marian family :)
😢🙏💙❤️🙏
Sorry to hear that.... prayers for you and your brother....
Mom used to say, "Live like this is your last day on earth and you will never sin."
Thank you Karen and God bless... yes, I stressed in this talk that those suffering can also aid in the salvation of their loved one.
Praying for the dying is very powerful. "Go to Jesus my darling "is what I said as my Philippa took her last breath. Nine months later she told me in a dream "Come Mum I very happy there. " "I have to look after Dad Mimi &Vicky. I 'll come later Pippa girl ". "OK, Mum. " She looked so radiantly beautiful. I know she's with Jesus.
Thank you Rev.Fr.Chris. I pray your message reaches all corners of the world. Amen..... Bangalore India

Well, thank you for sharing that and God bless him
Another Fantastic Talk from Fr Chris Alar !!!!
Thank you for being concerned about church teaching on this important matter Ruth. God bless you and prayers for your husband

Thank you very much Father Chris Alar !
Thank you for this Fr.! I was home bound for almost 8 years with 3 visitors. No priest. If it was not for online Catholic programming before the virus, I don’t know how I would have gotten through. It was a very difficult time. I did receive many graces and unheard of healing through this time, which I will forever be grateful for! I offer up my pain and suffering for others. I hope to help those who are in my situation when I am feeling better. Right now I help others who are homebound and I am available fir the 24/7. My mother at 80 years old still helps those in hospice cross over.Thank you again for all you do! I have truly enjoyed watching and learning!💛🙏🏻🕊

Over here in europe norway in particular want to pass a law regarding child euthanasia for children from 1 to 12 who are terminally ill or just ill from other illnesses . lord have mercy on us all.
Yes, Elaine, please pray for Europe regarding these laws.

An ICU nurse in a big hospital in my city told me a patient flat lined and they were able to revive him. He was screaming "don't let me go down there again! It's so dark and scary!" Father my son's grandma had a stroke and is now in rehab...she has to get a PEG tube into her abdomen before she would be admitted into the rehab facility...
Is this comparable to the feeding tube? My dear son just lost his dad and now he is having to deal with his grandma's care...
He has recently been going to mass with us lately...I praise God for this! I could sing in my high voice whenever he goes with us! I usually just sing low in my low voice...but I am so happy he joins us and hopes he can keep growing his faith including receiving the sacrament of confession and praying the rosary...I made him and his sisters and grandma and friend rosaries which I started after losing my son on Father’s Day 2020...

Sorry to hear that Mary but God is with you... prayers for you and John. God bless you both.

Dear Bkern, I am sorry to hear that. Prayers for you, him and your families.
Sometimes, there is redemption in suffering. The Lord will use it to purify the soul. It is better here on earth than in purgatory.

My father died in November 2004. I was with him. He was in a coma. I said to him “Dad let say the Our Father and Hail Mary”. By the time we finished he had gone very peacefully. I didn’t know about the Divine Mercy back then. The souls in purgatory are always on my mind.
Thank you for sharing that Sharon. May your father rest in peace.
Thank you Fr Chris, for this information. God bless.

Yes, prayers for you and your family
A special need person, especially the inocent, are powerful warriors. God is suffering in their bodies, a suffering that is most accompanied by joy. These are the ones that can teach us so much. They are smiling even in the mydst of suffering. And so they are like palpitating holocausts to the Lord. I tell you that they have a reason to live in this life. If not for them, the second coming would have already happened a long time ago. We must be thankful that they exist. Euthanizing one of them is like running your car out of fuel.
All for Jesus.

Father Chris, I love Saturday classes. I pray for your order everyday. I met Father Dan Cambria many years ago and he asked me to pray for his order and seminarians. I feel blessed when I see the great Holy men , I know I prayed for each day, as incredible Men of God,and a great presences in God's Holy Army, fulfilling his mission on earth. I am a retired nurse specialist . Prepandemic, I served in a local hospital as a spiritual minister. This was a very informative presentation, but also want you to know this talk stirred many sad emotions and memories. I now say a rosary to offer for everyone who views this and feels sorrow. God Bless you.
Thank you Cindy so much for your prayers. I promise they are working! God bless you for your kindness, and know you are in our prayers as well.
