But from either perspective it really seems to be a person who doesn't know what a Jew or a Semite actually is, or who they are. I was raised Catholic, fell away with the craziness of Vat 2 and had my marriage annulled legitimately. I married a Messianic Jew that I met in an Evangelical church and we came to Israel swept up in the Messianic Christian Zionism. Well, my now late husband had a lot of mental problems and I got stuck. I'm unable to leave but I returned to the Catholic Church when I moved to Haifa. There are many Catholic Arabs here and I have started to attend the Arabic Mass and my friends are Arabs. A lot of them speak Italian because the nuns who taught them were Italian. Some married Italians. I am Southern Italian and that makes me feel even closer to them. One of my friends who is Italian married to an Arab told me last night that I seem to have really acclimated to the Haifa culture. Haifa is a very mixed city and has had very good relationships. I told her that was because the Southern Italian culture is like the Arab. I truly love them and even my Muslima neighbor has become a friend. All this to say, I have to agree with Brother Andre Marie. The current situation is really terrible because nothing can justify a massacre and now there is great skepticism about the goodness of any Palestinians. They are all suspect when the truth is they are even more terrified of Hamas than we are. If they are suspected of being "collaborators" their fate is sealed and it is terrible. I was brought up Jewish in a small city in South Georgia in the waning days of the Jim Crow apartheid. It was in the heart of the Bible Belt. While there was so much hatred for black people there was surprisingly very little anti semitism. I always wondered why. Now it’s getting clearer.

We are not brothers and sisters in religion. I am sorry. I've looked into several religious books of other faiths and I am appalled at insane things written in these books. Christianity does no support polygamy in any way and many other things. We are only brothers without religion as human beings as souls. But on the religious grounds there is a big difference in understanding and practicing things. As a Christian European Sharia Law is unimaginable for me. I find it very patriarchal and deeply offensive. If God wanted women to cover their hair he would make us born without it. God created us naked. Where does that leave Protestants who are objectively outside of the fold; the one faith, and one baptism? Ive never understood how some Christian sects support zionists, they say some truly horrid things about Jesus peace be upon him. I’m a practicing Muslim but I was educated in catholic schools. My siblings and I never struggled at school with students/nuns/teachers as we had a common love; Jesus and the Virgin Mary. There was always respect for each others faith and that mutual respect was extended to my parents, my mother would hold morning teas and lunches with nuns at our house. When our parish priest was sick my father visited him regularly, and years later when they heard my father was dying they visited him….I’m forever grateful for my upbringing, and I’ve bought up my children in the same manner. I pray for world peace and I pray all our children grow up in a world devoid of hate.
I am a Protestant I remember in the 70s, they started s the Jesus movement. It was very splashy, lots of excitement and fun. A lot of kids came to the Lord back then, however, we were so wrapped up in it, that we literally missed the fact that they changed the entire doctrine of the church. Dispensationalism moved in. End times teachings were prevalent, in fact that's all we talked about, which of course meant Zi-onism moved in as well. I was very young, but I remember thinking, in church one day, wait. That's not how it goes. But, in my teenage mind? I thought, it doesn't make any difference. We won't be here for that anyway. I didn't know it was part of the plan. In church now, which I don't really go anymore, if I say I'm not a zi-onist? The assumption is I'm anti-je-wish. I am not. I Am pro biblical teaching. I threw out the dispensationalism, the zi-onism, and the end times verbiage.

It's such an important video. I always find it so uniquely America to side with Israel blindly and to speak of Judeo-Christian values. It is as if Americans think and treat Israelis as Christians and even above. They seem to miss the significant differences in values, which I would argue are different and perhaps more profoundly different than Muslim values.

The regular people who hold it do so with the best of intentions and sincere convictions, but I think they believe the way they do because that's the only way they've been told. I know growing up that it was just a given. I can't say that I fully understand the way I should and have to believe, but at the very least I know that a lot of the dispensational and zionist ways my various pastors taught growing up are at least innocently misguided. I don't so much resent the people as much I have come to despise the ideology itself. I was staying at my Jewish friend's house, and he insisted my children and I have Seder together. As a matter of fact, he asked me to cook it. I can't believe I didn't see the sin in doing so, but now believe he DID, as I've learned he hates Christians. He would've loved to cause this occasion of sin, to slap Jesus Christ in the face. The interesting thing looking back to the night, was that I tried cooking the corned beef on his outdoor grill, and the fat caught fire, almost burning his house down. I was born and raised Roman Catholic in Poland, living for long time in US, and having friends who are evangelic Christians can be sometimes very exhausting. Every time when we go on vacation, we end up discussing subject related to Jews and their right to return and colonize Palestine because God said so, "it's in the Bible", and if I am against that then I am not a real Christian! What a nonsense! In my parish in Los Angeles, it is a tradition that our Polish priest concludes the mass with a prayer for all Jews so they find Jesus. We don't pray that they go back to Palestine and wait for Messiah, but rather that they accept Jesus who is the real Messiah.
The majority of Polish catholic are Zionists, so the problem is not only protestant. Also, shouldn't you be praying for the Europeans who are becoming a minority in their countries instead of worrying about the Jews? Zionism is most definitely Jewish in origin, not Christian. There is nothing Christian about it. In one way, shape or form, zionism is as old as the Babylonian exile or pre second temple orthodoxy. The modern version is at least as old as the destruction of the second temple and the exile under Rome almost 2000 years ago. In the traditional Catholic faith, it would be considered an abomination for a Christian to take part in anything associated with the blood sacrifices and burnt offerings of the Jewish orthodoxy. The very foundational pillar of the church is that Christ's martyrdom is the last sacrifice, therefore, a true Christian is not permitted to take part in any "blood offerings", as they are essentially anti Christian. The only spilled blood a traditional Catholic is permitted to venerate is the blood of Christ and the blood of martyrs. From this perspective, the third temple aspirations of the orthodoxy, the masons etc would be considered at or near the epitome of anti Christian aspirations. Likewise, to be a Christian and a Zionist would be the epitome of heresy and hypocrisy.

YW. In my experience of living in the northern part of the US to the southern part, I feel the south is friendlier. Many Americans are moving south. The cost of living is less. You have to go where it suits you best. Just research through Wikipedia on locations and colleges. Texas is a good choice.

I'm so happy I found this. It's been around 20 years that I read a long article about the change that Scofield brought with his interpretation of revelations. It's something I haven't had the opportunity to share with many people. I could not unlearn that new perspective from me about the manipulation of the interpretation of the prophesies. I'm listening to this at almost 2 am, I'm tired but I still have ten minutes to go. BTW, one of the most important passages for me is 2nd Corinthians 3, which talks very clearly about the ministry of death written with letters on stones and the ministry of justice of the new covenant, the new testament. I haven't finished the video but I need to say it hear, because maybe someone else things like me. We cannot follow the Old Testament and Moses God at the same time as Jesus Heavenly father. I know the Old Testament for historical reasons, but all I need is the New Testament and my intimate connection with the Holy Spirit.

The Old Testament supports the New Testament. Many people get hung up on how many people God's people destroyed, down to the children and animals, in the Old Testament. I used to get hung up on it, too. Then, God educated me. I started watching videos with Rob Skiba (RIP, Rob) and the light bulb turned on. God was destroying the remnants of the nephilim, the sons of Anak, the Canaanites, the Hittites, etc. These were descendants of the human/angel hybrids whose ancestors had already caused great destruction on earth. I believe the real reason for removal of the Book of Enoch from the Bible was to keep people from understanding exactly how evil the nephilim giants were and why God was forced to destroy almost all of creation to get rid of them. But patches of them remained, so God sent Caleb and Joshua to destroy these non-human hybrids. Then it becomes clear how very much God loves humanity when you understand that he destroyed the man-eating nephilim giants to save humankind.

I stand with Pope St. Pius X- We cannot prevent Jews from going to Jerusalem, but we can never sanction it. Jews have not recognized Our Lord, therefore we cannot recognize the Jewish people. They had ample time to acknowledge Christ's divinity without pressure, but they didn't. Should the Jews manage to set foot on the once promised old-new land, the missionaries of the Church would stand prepared to baptize them. Jerusalem cannot be placed in Jewish hands.

As a former Baptistic-Arminio-Dispy now conservative Presbyterian the Christian Zionism is a severe problem in the former. That wing of American Evangelicalism is very susceptible due to the Dispensational eschatology.
I am so blessed to see this priest from the Benedictine Monastery of New Hampshire on this Catholic podcast channel and on the Veritas radio Network. The local Archdiocese, in keeping with Francis' Vatican, removed them from Communion very soon after this series aired. I'm not surprised because Brother Andre is a true priest of Christ, and not compatible with the Boston Archdiocese and today's vatican.

Very good message eccept for one little detail. The Catholic Church has good spiritual roots, foundation, yet a quite bad history, and a lot of contemporary problems, yet a very rich tradition of people truly devoted to God, but it is not the only Church in which you can be saved! For the very simple reason that the church any church will not save us. It is jesus Christ and His Cross that saves those who come to believe in Him and accept his sacrifice for them!

I was lost to searching in protestantiam when God called me back. He wanted me to make my own choice as a consenting adult, to see what the other options were. I was raised Catholic, fell away with the craziness of Vat 2 and had my marriage annulled legitimately. I married a Messianic Jew that I met in an Evangelical church and we came to Israel swept up in the Messianic Christian Zionism. Well, my now late husband had a lot of mental problems and I got stuck. I'm unable to leave but I returned to the Catholic Church when I moved to Haifa. There are many Catholic Arabs here and I have started to attend the Arabic Mass and my friends are Arabs. A lot of them speak Italian because the nuns who taught them were Italian. Some married Italians. I am Southern Italian and that makes me feel even closer to them. One of my friends who is Italian married to an Arab told me last night that I seem to have really acclimated to the Haifa culture. Haifa is a very mixed city and has had very good relationships. I told her that was because the Southern Italian culture is like the Arab. I truly love them and even my Muslima neighbor has become a friend.
All this to say, I have to agree with Brother Andre Marie. The current situation is really terrible because nothing can justify a massacre and now there is great skepticism about the goodness of any Palestinians. They are all suspect when the truth is they are even more terrified of Hamas than we are. If they are suspected of being "collaborators" their fate is sealed and it is terrible.

This is so important, and everyone needs to know this. As a person of Muslim origin, I applaud you. Jews, Christians and Muslims are brothers and sisters, Zionism is the knife that severs this bond.
We are not brothers and sisters in religion. I am sorry. I've looked into several religious books of other faiths and I am appalled at insane things written in these books. Christianity does no support polygamy in any way and many other things. We are only brothers without religion as human beings as souls. But on the religious grounds there is a big difference in understanding and practicing things. As a Christian European Sharia Law is unimaginable for me. I find it very patriarchal and deeply offensive. If God wanted women to cover their hair he would make us born without it. God created us naked. If God wanted women to be covered head to toes, he would create women that way.

Ive never understood how some Christian sects support zionists, they say some truly horrid things about Jesus peace be upon him. I’m a practicing Muslim but I was educated in catholic schools. My siblings and I never struggled at school with students/nuns/teachers as we had a common love; Jesus and the Virgin Mary. There was always respect for each others faith and that mutual respect was extended to my parents, my mother would hold morning teas and lunches with nuns at our house. When our parish priest was sick my father visited him regularly, and years later when they heard my father was dying they visited him….I’m forever grateful for my upbringing, and I’ve bought up my children in the same manner. I pray for world peace and I pray all our children grow up in a world devoid of hate.
I am a Protestant I remember in the 70s, they started s the Jesus movement. It was very splashy, lots of excitement and fun. A lot of kids came to the Lord back then, however, we were so wrapped up in it, that we literally missed the fact that they changed the entire doctrine of the church. Dispensationalism moved in. End times teachings were prevalent, in fact that's all we talked about, which of course meant Zi-onism moved in as well. I was very young, but I remember thinking, in church one day, wait. That's not how it goes. But, in my teenage mind? I thought, it doesn't make any difference. We won't be here for that anyway. I didn't know it was part of the plan.
In church now, which I don't really go anymore, if I say I'm not a zi-onist? The assumption is I'm anti-je-wish. I am not. I Am pro biblical teaching. I threw out the dispensationalism, the zi-onism, and the end times verbiage.

The regular people who hold it do so with the best of intentions and sincere convictions, but I think they believe the way they do because that's the only way they've been told. I know growing up that it was just a given. I can't say that I fully understand the way I should and have to believe, but at the very least I know that a lot of the dispensational and zionist ways my various pastors taught growing up are at least innocently misguided. I don't so much resent the people as much I have come to despise the ideology itself. I increasingly believe that it has played a significant role in the weakening and decline of Christianity in the West due to its fatalistic and defeatist worldview.

I was staying at my Jewish friend's house, and he insisted my children and I have Seder together. As a matter of fact, he asked me to cook it. The interesting thing looking back to the night, was that I tried cooking the corned beef on his outdoor grill, and the fat caught fire, almost burning his house down. I was born and raised Roman Catholic in Poland, living for long time in US, and having friends who are evangelic Christians can be sometimes very exhausting. Every time when we go on vacation, we end up discussing subject related to Jews and their right to return and colonize Palestine because God said so, "it's in the Bible", and if I am against that then I am not a real Christian! What a nonsense! In my parish in Los Angeles, it is a tradition that our Polish priest concludes the mass with a prayer for all Jews so they find Jesus. We don't pray that they go back to Palestine and wait for Messiah, but rather that they accept Jesus who is the real Messiah.
The majority of Polish catholic are Zionists, so the problem is not only protestant. Also, shouldn't you be praying for the Europeans who are becoming a minority in their countries instead of worrying about the Jews? It seems to me that you are not very different from the Protestant in your obsession with the Jews instead of caring for your people
Fascinating! I knew Christian Zionism predated Jewish Zionism, but did not know how far back it went.
Zionism is most definitely Jewish in origin, not Christian. There is nothing Christian about it. In one way, shape or form, zionism is as old as the Babylonian exile or pre second temple orthodoxy. The modern version is at least as old as the destruction of the second temple and the exile under Rome almost 2000 years ago.
In the traditional Catholic faith, it would be considered an abomination for a Christian to take part in anything associated with the blood sacrifices and burnt offerings of the Jewish orthodoxy. The very foundational pillar of the church is that Christ's martyrdom is the last sacrifice, therefore, a true Christian is not permitted to take part in any "blood offerings", as they are essentially anti Christian. The only spilled blood a traditional Catholic is permitted to venerate is the blood of Christ and the blood of martyrs.
From this perspective, the third temple aspirations of the orthodoxy, the masons etc would be considered at or near the epitome of anti Christian aspirations. Likewise, to be a Christian and a Zionist would be the epitome of heresy and hypocrisy.
And it is! Jesus said you cannot serve two masters. You either serve Christ or you serve ziomist Israel. You can't serve both, for you will love the one and hate the other. Guess whom the "Christian" zionists love and whom they hate? Jesus told them to love their enemies, not genocide them, so I guess them "standing with Israel" says it all.

I'm so happy I found this. It's been around 20 years that I read a long article about the change that Scofield brought with his interpretation of revelations. It's something I haven't had the opportunity to share with many people.
I could not unlearn that new perspective from me about the manipulation of the interpretation of the prophesies.

BTW, one of the most important passages for me is 2nd Corinthians 3, which talks very clearly about the ministry of death written with letters on stones and the ministry of justice of the new covenant, the new testament.

I know the Old Testament for historical reasons, but all I need is the New Testament and my intimate connection with the Holy Spirit.

The Old Testament supports the New Testament. Many people get hung up on how many people God's people destroyed, down to the children and animals, in the Old Testament. I used to get hung up on it, too. Then, God educated me. I started watching videos with Rob Skiba (RIP, Rob) and the light bulb turned on. God was destroying the remnants of the nephilim, the sons of Anak, the Canaanites, the Hittites, etc. These were descendants of the human/angel hybrids whose ancestors had already caused great destruction on earth. I believe the real reason for removal of the Book of Enoch from the Bible was to keep people from understanding exactly how evil the nephilim giants were and why God was forced to destroy almost all of creation to get rid of them. But patches of them remained, so God sent Caleb and Joshua to destroy these non-human hybrids. Then it becomes clear how very much God loves humanity when you understand that he destroyed the man-eating nephilim giants to save humankind.

I am so blessed to see this priest from the Benedictine Monastery of New Hampshire on this Catholic podcast channel and on the Veritas radio Network. The local Archdiocese, in keeping with Francis' Vatican, removed them from Communion very soon after this series aired. Very good message eccept for one little detail. The Catholic Church has good spiritual roots, foundation, yet a quite bad history, and a lot of contemporary problems, yet a very rich tradition of people truly devoted to God, but it is not the only Church in which you can be saved! For the very simple reason that the church any church will not save us. It is jesus Christ and His Cross that saves those who come to believe in Him and accept his sacrifice for them!

These people don't even help animals and they have a cold heart, they obey the rules but within their hearts are like cold rocks. I like Catholic Church, I love our Saints and Mother Mary but going to church means nothing if you're heartless. Obeying commandments is not enough. You need real love.
