Perfect sea conditions. A N/European Pilot, well experienced, provides a perfect boarding, and we may only expect a perfect berthing. I sailed many years and faced only a few of these perfect conditions. However, sometimes we faced very adverse ones, including pilot boarding by helicopter in stormy weather in a rapel descent. Needed great courage and faced high risks to border vessels in those conditions.
I couldn't work on a red boat... I'd be breaking things and skulls within thirty minutes just trying to get away from that messed-up color. I can't even see red objects without getting enraged. I have no problem with blood though, it's not really red, and it's kinda soothing on the battlefield. Like watching a field of flowers. Semper Fi.

Yes boss sometimes pilot struggle to board the ship during winter season and needs helicopter to become smooth and easy to step on flatform.
