- I am a big sucker for natural remedies. I came upon this activated charcoal + baking soda + toothpaste way of brushing my teeth to keep them shiny white. It really works for me. 📣 NOTE: Baking soda/activated charcoal is mildly abrasive. Do not use everyday. I usually do it every 3 months for 2-3 days continuously. Over use may cause your enamel to wear down. Use accordingly. ⚠️

Hi everyone, I'm glad you guys like this video. A lot of ppl are asking me where to buy Charcoal. I got my Activated Charcoal from a Vitamin Store here in Vancouver. Besides teeth whitening, it can also get rid of poisons. It has high absorbent capabilities and helps the body get rid of harmful substances. If you do have stomach upset or indigestion, it can help make food less likely to cause bloating and gas. Of course, you need to drink lots of water to help speed up the digestion.

Thanks for the advice Linda! I will give it a try some time -- when I can find the "Activated Charcoal" in Japan. The other 2 items are easier to find at least, thankfully! Love how you share advices for us all too!

他可以很有气势魅力，可以可爱，可以家庭主妇，我服了！
不建議用木炭或含木炭成分的牙膏 雖然開始會變白一點 但木炭是用磨的方式 用的太多會磨掉過多牙釉質 顯出牙本質 牙齒反而會更黃（因為牙本質是淡黃色的）
其實沒有特意去做牙齒美白的話，正常牙齒都是微黃，牙釉質乳白半透明，會透出一點裡面牙本質的顏色。

After watched some dentist’s reaction of this video, I feel like there might be something wrong in video. Just let you guys know this is just experience from Linda Chung, doesn’t mean it fits for everyone’s situation. Do more research before u try! The bristle of your brush sounds harsh do you usually use softer brush? My dentist just warned me hard brushes will cause receding gum. Love the effects great editing😍 and down to earth
I like to use the softer toothbrushes. I used Systema this time. But I do tend to change it up when the bristles get warped.

Many active charcoal said "do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding", I am currently pregnant. Is there another way to make my teeth white? or did you use active charcoal too when brushing your teeth when you were pregnant Linda?

I love this tips!!! I love keeping my teeth white as well! I have fetish for white and clean teeth. HAHAHAHA.
Tried a few tricks including teeth whitening at dentist, home kits whitening gel with UV light. But my teeth got quite sensitive afterwards so I don't really recommend that! I also tried using charcoal, but I didn't mix it with baking soda! Shall try using the natural way you recommended. Thankyouuu
Yea. I heard Teeth whitening with the UV light, causes really sensitive teeth after. I like my method so far.

Hi...been a fan of your TVB shows for many many many years. Coincidentally my name is Linda and I'm chinese too. Also I've a friend who looks like you and is also chinese too. I always told her she looked like you. Glad you made a UA-cam channel. Thanks for the tip I use charcoal to whiten my teeth too. It came in an already mixed solution that I won in a giveaway that will last me for years. Yeah when I brush hard my gums get ouchies. So I've to remind myself not to brush hard too lol.
