I’m so mad! I was doing this tutorial on mobile and when you go to the part with photopea I couldn’t even put the image in the thing when I click on new project I was so frustrated. I thought I could make a face and I was gonna be so cute.

you cant, decals are "development items" and arent actual faces. To use your face on roblox youd have to upload them aus a UGC Item

it could be because the browser could be failing. try restarting your pc or refreshing the page.
