For the tank bust at the end, does the war jus invuln or mitigation + invuln?

Invuln usually (but if you don't have whm, both tanks can kitchen sink it)

- The first orb is always N or S and is out + proteans or pairs.
Is this true? I don't think 1st orb can be clock-spreads
