Great content! Thanks for being bold enough to bring out the student loans scam! It’s definitely possible to get a degree with no students loans. I’m halfway through my degree with no debt.
I love my credit card. Free rewards and continued existential dread every time I make a purchase. I put way more thought into what I buy with it. Been thinking about getting a fidelity visa though so the rewards go directly into an investment account.
Average return of the S&P 500 over the last 10 years. And if you’re invested in a good growth stock mutual fund, it could even be higher. I’m no investment expert (currently working towards my Series 65), but this is definitely a return that has been achieved over the last 10 years from very amateur and noobie investors. Either way, even if you want to go more conservative at 6-8% you’re still making a great decision compared to spending on lottery tickets.
2:38 this still gets me!
No money down, mo’ money later

Why the existential dread every time? 😆
@@thefrugalrich I use the fear of high interest debt to limit dumb spending is all. So a side effect

Same wheres that historic return coming 😂 can't be factoring inflation either
