based on my experience I get oily skin during summer time and dry skin during winter I assume buying Vaseline for lips is mandatory throughout the year and if you have oily skin go for CeraVe oily skin face wash and apply water-based moisturiser, and if you have dry skin go for any hydrating face wash and apply cream-based moisturiser and don't forget SPF sunscreen in both cases, as now its winter pls take vitamin D tablets as well and getting pimples before your periods are very common just carry on with the simple skin care, my skin gets more oily during this time
@@Shubh_akankha sure will do. It really depends on the skin type too. I have skincare routine that has really made my skin stay clean but I use homemade remedies like rice water, honey tumeric face mask, vitamin c face mask and like that. Also I drink lemon and honey water every day. So hydrating yourself makes skin glow. Try for few days it works as charm and good for health too.
Hi, I completed my mph 2 months back. I don’t find any jobs for freshers. The only vacancy i see is for higher job positions. How did you find yours? And where else can a mph graduate apply for jobs other than public health? Thanks in advance
@@Najinuk I worked through an agency for a year at CUH NHS trust, that really helped me understand how to make connections, I talked with many people, learnt skills, and constantly apply through NHS jobs. You need to get into the system to see how it works, working through an agency helped me get this permanent job. Keep trying.

Hello! I am a nursing student in the UK and I have met a lot of nurses from different counties. Usually, they have to clear the OSCE and IELTS, and they apply for a work visa and obtain sponsorship from UK hospitals, U need to register as a Nurse with NMC ( nursing and midwifery council ) to get your license to work as a nurse in the UK.
