@@BubbaBubbaphant809 No LED is the worst. If they're going to use LEDs than at least use Amber LEDs. That would be a better solution then using these white trash LEDS that are emitting blue-rich white light which is harmful to humans, and produce glare at night and cause light pollution.
I’m a street light repairman in Philadelphia. And this shit is nowhere near as professional. The city acts pretty much as a bully, our power company blames they’re faults on us, and it doesn’t happen during daylight. It’s third shift. This video is complete bullshit.
Maybe it's the city you work in, Pennsylvania is rust belt garbage. The whole state. Just like the rest of the east coast, from the Chesapeake up to Maine. Out west we do thing right and act professionally, that's why everyone is moving here

They have a thing called a photocell which is usually on top of the street lights that Can tell when its daytime and when it starts to get dark out.
