Well, this is not the best play, though...
Actually we could go inside of the building from the door or menu - area map, right after we beat the boss of Momo-gumi, which located at the top of the tower.
===== outside of building =====
*Stay away from the wall, or the explosion from rocket launcher would damage us
*Always move around the building to avoid their rocket launcher
*Don't forget to get the bonus armor dropped from the boss. It's really useful.
===== inside the building =====
*Be careful with the electric floor when the ball trap is coming, touch it and we could die instantly.
*We would get a NEW WEAPON: BEAM with UNLIMITED AMMO after we clared this mission (but it would gives less damage than rocket launcher...)
